Well yes. It was the result of a BBC request for information, so it’s bound to be on their news. The birthday wishes etc was not a secret and it was seen as a useful channel to have open with China. AFAIK, China, however they may be viewed in terms of human rights etc, are not currently an enemy of the UK. The main problem here is that Andrew has been taken in by someone who is a spy for China (even non enemies spy on each other of course), which, given his previous misadventures with Epstein, again show that he is a prat. If you read the report carefully though, it doesn’t seem that Andrew has done anything wrong. It does, however, reinforce his supreme belief in his own importance and how easy it is to flatter his ego, which is a security risk in itself
