If there were credible concerns about her conduct then the former trustees are legally obliged to report this to the CC. They haven't.
If the former trustees had hard evidence of SC mismanaging to the extent that it justified them all existing in a massive resignation, then it should have been out in the open by now - none has been produced.
Resorting to racist smears against SC, her family, and even the journalist that interviewed her, just shows how utterly insubstantial their argument is. And just to make it even more ludicrous, there's an old boy network contact from PH's school days, to help speak on his behalf. If there were a smoking gun, then why is the bullshit machine is running on these fumes? If the best you can do is personal attacks, then you are losing the argument.
I think she's now trying to wait it out, and very good luck to her. The revolting racist attacks and smears must be so gruelling to have to ensure. But it's a smart move not to get drawn into a PR tennis match of serve + return.
If she's as clever and sensible as she's reputed to be, then she will have hard evidence stacked up. If she's been transparent with the new board and they and the trustees are satisfied that she's right and has the proof to boot, then they shouldn't have any reason not to back her. In which case they are now in the "sit and wait" phase of the CC doing its job.
