I am catching up with the day's events (as ever).

From what I've gleaned a couple of things spring to mind:

a. Cooking with hair drooping all over is utterly minging. Am I alone in hoping for footage of a rogue strand elevating a guest's soup?

b. It's awfully, earnestly try-hard but regretfully ends up as parody. Has she considered turning to the dark side with a career in satirical comedy?

If you don't like comments that don't align with your opinions then those posters are accused of being in the "squad" whatever that means. What do you want the pro royals to be called then "royal arse lickers".

So pointless it's been discussed on every major news channel today, including the BBC and ITV. I suggest you keep up with current affairs.

There may be people out there who want to write books for children, people who have original ideas for a Netflix show...who knows.

What makes me angry about MM is that she has opportunities others don't get purely down to who she is, but she doesn't have talent or originality.

I have yet to see any positive reviews about this show, so I don't think we shouldn't voice our opinion on something which is apparently aimed at working mums (!)

So media coverage isn’t a benchmark of quality or relevance

People are entitled to be pro royal, and kow tow and curtsey to people like Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex. Others on here are less impressed. We're not going to doff our caps to her just because she's married a royal.
We're judging her as a person. Her "Duchess" title don't impress me much.

At the end of the party Meghan says " I just want to raise a glass to you guys - thank you for loving me so much "

I can think of dozens of food bloggers I’ve followed for years who would make a better show, but they’ll never get the same kind of opportunities. It must be so frustrating watching her show if you’re someone with actual talent who has grafted for years.

Caught the end of that piece and frankly pretty annoyed the BBC got Amanda Matta on to comment.

She is one of the Sussex Squad and has been incredibly vile about Catherine online for years now. She is absolutely not non partisan, and is not someone who should be platformed.

Also, apparently the hardline royalists on here who value her because she's married to a white prince. The rest of us see that as an unearned privilege.
