I'm sure that was in one of my Annabel Karmel books someone brought for me when I had dd1 (25 years ago now).
I gave it to a charity shop because all the recipes were too fiddly to bother with when you had a small child underfoot. I believe Annabel Karmel had a nanny, which explained why.

Meghan’s pontificating about the “mama meals” that she cooks for her children in the expectation they’ll be cherished family recipes when Archie and Lilibet are adults made me roll my eyes. Imagine how angry she’ll be when her teenaged offspring prefer MacDonalds, In’N’Out burgers or hot dogs to her lovingly cooked-from-scratch-meals. @jeffgoldblum I have a slight intolerance to gluten and dairy so avoid it where I can. That doesn't mean I can't ever have it but it does mean I don't buy packets of flour as it'll be a waste, I won't use it all up. Also I only eat eggs now and again. Truffle is fine and I love it so yes it is something I buy instead.

Maybe don't be so ignorant as to why some people don't have flour and eggs at home and mock them for it.
