Meghan has renamed her luxury lifestyle brand 'As Ever'.

'As Ever essentially means as it's always been, and if you've followed me since 2014 with The Tig, you know I've always loved cooking and crafting and gardening — this is what I do,' she said. '

He settled, something he said be would 'never ever no not me it's not about the money' do. He didnt win.

Cut it off! The man was awarded with a large sum of money, which means an admission of guilt by the Sun. However, many people over here will continue to engage and regurgitate tabloids' nonsense.

Chuchoter · 19/02/2025 08:21

'The way that women was treated whilst in the UK is abhorrent, period.'

Funniest thing I've read about her! 😂

Litigation is far more nuanced than that, actually. The Sun (News Group actually) was happy to pay a large amount of money to successfully continue their strategy of avoiding trial on any of these issues, and in doing so expressly did not admit any illegal evidence gathering at the Sun.

After I heard the clip the radio presenters were very dry

'Things are tough at the moment we need some light relief'

Indeed

I think she is deliberately showing her rings as she always does. It’s so obvious that’s what she’s doing. ‘Look at me, I’m married! To a Prince’. The bump clutching was more of the same. ‘Look at me! I’m pregnant! My child is Royal!!’ It’s quite pathetic.

Edited

Possibly? Lots of influencers (and other celebs) deliberately adopt body language designed to show off their bling and there are better and more natural ways of doing it: for example the classic walking pap shot where you raise your arm at the elbow and pretend to be pushing your hair back - this pose is used specifically to show off bracelets, watch, rings and mani. Celebs do this ALL THE TIME (and once you've clocked it, you can't stop clocking it).

Meghan does the walking pap shot pose a lot, and it's much better than forehead clutching, which as I've said is a worldwide gesture meaning confusion, stress or frustration. This is bad for business. People follow influencers because they aspire to be like them on some level. No one aspires to be confused, stressed and frustrated.

Presumably there will be lots of hand shots in the NF series, so plenty of opportunity for Meghan to show her jewellery without adopting this dreadful pose.

I thought it would just be me. Glad to encounter more Talking Heads fans!😂

So you find the way that that woman was treated funny? Wow!!!

What really scares me is that this website is primarily targeted at parents. The thought of sending my kids to school with kids whose parent are people who find racist abuse "funny", who only regurgitate tabloids' nonsense, who have no empathy or critical skills whatsoever is scary and fills me dread.

Cut what off? You said he won. He didn't, he settled. He professed he wouldn't ever do so. The dragon slayer was going to hold the bosses to account. He didn't.

Every celeb is often mocked by the media. The rf have had more than their fair share, Camilla and Fergie in particular (the Princess of Pork anyone?). It isn't nice or right but the Sussexes had exactly the same as everyone else. They should have ignored not written books and done reality shows about it all.

But from an older playbook so not terribly relevant to the discussion.

Back to As Ever, and this is the latest photo the new brand has posted. I am very amused by the totally blank label on the open pot of jam. Tell me this was another meticulously planned roll-out….!

(Also, pouring honey straight from the jar doesn't exactly shout elevated. More basic - not even mid!)

NotaRealHousewife · 19/02/2025 08:56

I'm not sure what is elevated about pouring honey on a croissant

Is that her engagement/wedding ring blinging away or another one? That’s a massive rock!

Lindy2 · 19/02/2025 08:56

She'll make a mess with that honey.

Also, is that a loose thread on her sleeve hanging down? There's something strange there. If it is it's such an odd lack of attention to detail on some things whilst some aspects are so meticulously staged.

I think it’s the literal distance in height….its elevated

NotaRealHousewife · 19/02/2025 08:59

@Atlusvue yes thought so. I'm going to
Hold my Greggs chocolate croissant like that now

Possibly they have airbrushed out the original label as seen on those numbered jars? So possibly not a new picture?

Why does the dog have to always be there. Does she think she's more relatable with a canine in tow or something?

Atlusvue · 19/02/2025 08:59

Maybe the branding has been photoshopped from the label? Until she does a lucky dip and we find out what the new name will be next week.

Serenster · 19/02/2025 09:01

Yes to both posters above - I have assumed the original photo had an ARO label so it’s been photoshopped blank rather than an As Ever label - if one even exists yet - photoshopped in.

Which shows you how they are scrambling to manage the rebrand, I think.

TheMeasure · 19/02/2025 09:01

Yeah, what happened to the "Harry designed it, it's perfect" engagement ring that seems to bear no resemblance to this remodelled one.
Also am amused to see someone accusing others of taking tabloid headlines as gospel, getting the basic facts of the recent court case with The Sun wrong.

IsoldeWagner · 19/02/2025 09:02

The dog so near to the food 🤮 - sorry dog lovers but I really hate that..
