And yet, their most strident critics in recent months have been the US media.
Vanity Fair? The Hollywood Reporter? The accusations they were "fucking grifters" and "disaster tourists?"
Most of the photos featured in the Oprah interview came from foreign publications. The footage they showed in the Netflix documentary of photographers crowding them were actually from a Harry Potter premiere. Their allegation that any school run they'd attempt in the UK would be overrun with paps was blown apart when pointed out that the Wales children aren't photographed on their way to/from school at all (apart from one negotiated occasion in September or if starting a new school).
The film of them supposedly being papped in their car when there was one bloke on a scooter (who may or may not have been delivering pizza!)?
Not to mention the "near catastrophic car chase" in New York.
Meghan's own words re: the Royal Family supposedly being racist were re-branded by Harry to Tom Bradby and the British Press accused of effectively making it up. We all watched the interview and heard it with our own ears.
Gaslighting, pure and simple.

I really cannot understand why people have such a problem with them. If my uncle was a pedo and my family covered up for him, supported him and paid off his victim I would disown my family too.

People need to find the same energy for hating on other RF members that they seem to have for Harry & Meghan.

Each to their own. Enjoy whatever you doing and hopefully, for you, they will divorce one day, their kids will be proven to be fake, they will have no friends, and Netflix and whoever else will drop them. They will then become penniless and crawl back to the UK begging to be liked and they will spend the rest of their days trying to be popular with the British public. In the meantime, Meghan will become very ugly and Harry will run off and marry one of his ex-girlfriends.

Also very wrong. Nobody wants them back in the UK, they bring far too much drama. If they could live out their lives in California covering their own costs that would suit everyone just fine.

They didn’t persuade me to discount the evidence my own eyes and ears heard and saw then and it doesn't persuade me now!

This would make sense if they hadn't tried to negotiate a half in, half out deal where they very much remained active members of the Royal family, just with the ability to cash in on it. Or why they hang onto their titles and insisted on them for their children whilst living in a country where the titles are meaningless.

Because I cannot understand why you’ve all got so much energy for Harry and Meghan and cannot find that same energy to be hating on someone with actual CSA allegations against him. That’s all, it’s just interesting what people are willing to defend and what is

If I was them and going to launch something then it would need to be slick and ready. Trademarked. Is dotted - Ts crossed. Product ready.

So it is super bizarre, it’s like a little game to them. Playing entrepreneur for five seconds then moving onto the next thing. But what do I know! It could be amazing jam and sell itself.

I agree about the perfume. In my experience, celebrity perfumes are often really lovely. I have a theory it's because the makers have to really impress the celebrity in order for them to sign off on it. JLO's Glow is beautiful, and Ariana Grand's Cloud is one of the best perfumes I've ever smelt, including the really expensive ones in the perfume bazaar on the sixth floor of Harrods. I'm sure that celebrity fragrances are the last word in naff for the brand-conscious, but I couldn't care less - if it smells good, I'll buy it.
