Catherine’s Christmas carol service details

Kensington Palace have announced Catherine’s fourth Together At Christmas service at Westminster Abbey will be held on 6 December. This year’s theme is celebrating those supporting others in need.

There will be musical performances by stars including Paloma Faith, Olivia Dean and Gregory Porter.

"The service will shine a light on individuals from all over the UK who have shown love, kindness and empathy towards others in their communities," the palace said.

The event, supported by The Royal Foundation, will be filmed as part of a special programme on ITV1 on Christmas Eve.

I’ve really enjoyed this year’s concert. Especially Richard E Grant’s reading of a Christmas Carol and the ballerinas. It was lovely seeing Charlotte’s eye lighting up at them.

Richard E Grant was excellent

I think the bow is Kate’s signature style. It’s like she always has a bow or gloves or something to make her outfit look like she’s not dressed like anyone else or part of any particular fashion.

I really enjoyed the televised service. Agree Richard E Grant was good. He played Bob Crachit in one of The Christmas Carol adaptations once.

Really enjoyed this. So nice to see Catherine, William and the kids looking so well and relaxed
