Just looking at the photos of Harry in Lesotho . Don’t know when I last saw him looking so relaxed and happy .
Nice to see.

Tbf it seems to be an evening gala type thing and everyone is in frocks. Rumour is though that she didn’t stay very long. There are no photos of her at her host’s table 🤷‍♀️

She looks lovely and that dress suits her, but she needs to get the bodice sorted out, it doesn’t fit well.

If you say so. Not what I see at all. Lots of performative coupledom but no real depth. Lots of PDAs but also lots of glaring, talking over etc.

Why are they doing so many events separately? I thought they were “like salt and pepper. We always move together”. Strange!

I just keep wondering what it's like to live in their household. I can't imagine their day to day life or conversation. They are just two very odd dysfunctional people. With no real life as in jobs or friends, they must be climbing the walls.

It’s probably just fluke. The NY stuff was arranged round UN dates, Sentebale events might have been planned for then anyhow, with his presence a bonus, and UK trip a nice filip in the middle.

I can see a logic to getting overseas travel done in one lump.

What they can’t have factored in is the THR article and its timing.

Now there are reports 'he wants space'. I thought that was already fairly clear with him doing the tour.

They play this game every year, around this time, I think to drum up media interest. And they love playing games. Give it a few weeks or a month, People, will publish an exclusive with a picture of them necking somewhere with a smug look and a caption that says: " Price Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex are so in louvre."

Rinse, Repeat.

Also, this is Harry's second solo trip to Africa in the past couple of years. I cannot remember where he went the last time, but it might have been Uganda or somewhere. So him travelling solo is not a biggie they are making it out to be. He also travels to UK to attend Wells Child solo.

They do a lot of solo events. Not sure why this is being overblown.

I suspect it is partly because they are always talking about how their love story is one for the legends ( anyone remember Meghan's cringe poem she wrote and read at her reception that she shared with us on her Netflix documentary? Cringeee) and talking about being salt and pepper and comparing themselves to two palm tree entwined to each other in the bum (roots) and how Archie says hello and goodbye to the Palm tree everytime he sees it. So yeah people are going speculate.

They always have to be in the headlines. I often wonder if it's a sort of addiction with some people. The clicks, the attention. I think it's a validation for some people; "I'm someone because I get headlines".

Now that it has come out she was only there for the photowall publicity and didnt attend the event, it was nothing more than self promotion and a desire for the headlines.

Meanwhile multi-millionaire Prince Harry is planning to bring the Invictus Games to Birmingham, a UK city that no longer has the money to run a youth service.

He’s going to need to be very transparent about the Invictus funding model, that currently is more on the opaque side (as with many of his ventures).

He does seem able to move around the world under the radar when he wants to.

I agree with this - all those big events are scheduled in diaries at least one year ahead and repeated annual events are generally held same week each year.

I'm not sure that the timing of THR was a mistake - it could well have been strategically timed knowing PH had a whole string of events/PR lined up - that it could coat tail and their story then 'had legs'.

I do think its interesting that the rebuttals all come from MM directly and PH says nothing - but I would also imagine that any strategic PR counsel would direct them to separate their communications so that this expose doesnt bleed intp PH work and tarnish that - ie containment and commerical and reputational damage limitation - doesnt mean they have separated their personal lives - just that MM has to carry the can for this alone for the longterm sustainability of the H&M brand.

I'd ask how the wretched media knew about it at all if it's supposedly secret, but there's probably no point if it's just more made up crap

"Secret meeting" - another PR stunt to get tongues wagging I suspect.

Who knows but he must have given his schedule to the press, inc the secret / private meeting.

Or to show her face for support but get back home to spend time with the children, given her husband is away. And perhaps that’s why they take separate trips at times? For the kids?

OK, hopefully this is going to be a nice simple explanation. I’m thinking because sometimes they do have to go away together, that when they don’t have to, they will avoid it so one of them can be home with the children.

The thing is, I’m not even particularly a fan, but seeing as they’re a couple with two kids who don’t seem to have done anything criminal, it seems that it would be nice to hope that they do stay together as a family. Maybe that’s just me? 🤷‍♀️

Oh no I agree. I hope they stay together as a family too. I just don’t buy them rushing back to be with the children. They have a nanny 🤷‍♀️

Meghan rushing back for the nanny always seems a touch convenient. Surely, you pay her a bit extra ro stay later.
