What to make of the fact that he appeared without Meghan and looked quite anxious and stressed?

I’m not sure that’s true is it?

Also worth looking at both of their relationship histories;

MM ended her last two relationships out of the blue when they didnt serve her commericial / career goals anymore. They had served their purposed as a rung on her ladder. Has she more rungs to climb post PH - is he or their perceived relationship / brand holding her back from her ambitions?

Did PH ever end his relationships with C & C - or did he just do it passively, neglecting them and drifting away? Or did they end it with him?

PH needs somewhere to 'land' - that might be a new role, a place (part-time as he is now tied with his DCs to CA) or a new relationship - or all three.

I have always found it surprising about Will. He doesnt come across as an obvious sap in the way that Harry does. I think all too often its the case that one partner has some serious dirt on the other and so they are forced to comply.

My feeling is that Meghan will be after another relationship which can offer her status, a good lifestyle and an adoring partner.

Yes that has been her MO in the past - but have to ask what would she bring to the partnership?

I’ve just seen this on X and thought I would share it here. Filmed in October 2019 just before they left, and when Meghan would have known they were leaving. Note the same smile when she’s lying. The video is only 16 seconds long so worth a watch if you can. I’m interested to know what everyone else thinks. It’s clear that she smiles when she’s lying as alluded to upthread.

this is my understanding also. And she does it with friends, she does it with family. Megan severs relationships when they are no longer of use to her. She doesn’t need a soft landing. She flies solo until she finds someone else to give her gain, then she lands. But I don’t think it’s true Megan stays in relationships until she finds someone else.

Good luck with that Meghan, lol. He’d have to be even sappier, and richer, than Harry. I suppose there are still some rich chinless wonders roaming around and if there are I’m sure heat seeking Meghan the Missile will find them.

Yes - I think Meghan will have to move down the status/looks food-chain in terms of partners, just as all fading beauties 😃do (see Liz Taylor). But perhaps even if they don't have royal blood or look as good as Nacho, there'll be someone prepared to take her on.

I bet Harry will find it easier because - to those who are inclined to like him anyway - he seems more like the 'wronged partner', and there'll still be some women who are attracted to the royal connection, especially if Harry eentually gets the lifestyle back without the duties...

We all know that it was unplanned because either the RF leave en masse together, or they leave by order of seniority.

This was a significant departure from the norm, which is why it was noticed, commented on and remembered.

I dont think she knew she was going to leave TRF at this point in time - because were they not still plotting half in half out then (with PH, Sunshine Sachs, her lawyers, her agent even OW sniffing about)?

At this point I suspect they believed that they would have it all - the status, the power, the money, the glamour, the global exit, the control of their diary and destiny etc so I can see she is looking very satisfied and burtsing with a secret she cant tell.

Even though they didnt get half in half out - I dont believe MM cared that much - she just needed enough (the titles and some inclusion / association with BRF events) to bolster their projects $$$$$ elsewhere.

Which in the beginning was seemingly sufficient to secure Netflix, PRH and Spotify.

I wonder if they did get half in half out if their deals would have been as lucrative - as they would not be selling the scandal and the bombshell?

I believe that PH desperately wanted and assumed entitlement to half in half out and his narc rage hissy fit produced OW, Spare, Netflix etc.

Have you seen that video of her plastering herself all over Serena Williams' husband, kissing him etc? He is some tech billionaire I think, founded Reddit. I can imagine Meghan wanting to integrate herself into those circles where there will be rich pickings. I don't think she'll be looking for another chinless wonder.

What I think is that, as I am not a psychologist or a behaviourist, I am not fit to judge.

There could be something happening off camera that is making her smile.

She may know at this point she is leaving and the smile is one of utter relief and excitement for the future.

Or she may be someone who is very awkward and shy internally who puts on a good show publicallly and the smile is her “base line”. You would be surprised how many actors are like this, and in fact they
seek a career in acting in the first place precisely because of their lack of self worth as they seek external validation.

Either way I wouldn’t be jumping to definitive interpretations!

Men like that will want someone young. Surely it'll need to be an older man who has had his family already, no more babies coming from her.
She might prioritise looks certainly but I dont think it'll be a younger man, she's already had one man-child.
