As we have all seen in recent days, the dark art of covering up and killing stories- look at Al Fayed and what he got away with. So WME have done nothing???

Also, Harry attending an event in his own because Meghan is sick. No. This is part of separating their ‘brands’- I doubt she will attend any future events like these with Harry.

It's clear by now that he'll claim absolutely anything to get what he wants, but also clear that his story changes when it suits, and I'd expect tthe family to want more stability than that after some of the things they've gone through

I suspect that Endgame eroded Scobie's remaining credibility. It was such a grandiose title and didn't really deliver on it.

Plus of course that I don't think accusing Catherine and Charles of being racist was seen as credible by anyone outside the Squad.

We expect a certain type of behaviour from the RF and H has deviated from this big-time, not least in maligning the British press and public.

Quite.

He can come back to the UK if he wants to. He can reconcile with any member of his family who is willing to give him the time of day. He can have a grace and favour cottage or apartment to live in (easier to keep an eye on him). He can do some low key charity work with any organisation that'll have him (keep him usefully occupied).

But a big fat no to any suggestion that he could ever again represent the monarchy or the UK in any capacity.

He writes that the reason Harry is able to take all those cases against the press is "...one that is fortunately enabled by his deeply lined pockets, due to several commercial endeavours and private investments since moving to California"

I don't see Harry ever coming back for a quiet life in the UK..He really seems to believe that he is some sort of global leader and expert on, well, everything. This week rubbing shoulders with actual leaders and experts in New York will have just confirmed for him that this is his rightful league.

If the Netflix deal ends this year (I can't see Netflix renewing it) that will put more pressure on the Sussex bank balance.

Just another thought about H coming back to the UK, he can also put some of the blame at the papers for phone hacking. Given that has now been proven in court.

Do you think @Puzzledandpissedoff that the misprint was deliberate - and if so was it solely to out KC3 & Kate (maybe as legally it was stopped) or was it purely a stunt to whip up sales? Did it say Kate or PoW - as PoW could have been Camilla at the time?

I'd be quite likely to watch a good programme on polo (I was very horsey when younger) and it not being much about Harry is fine by me. I agree it won't be a smash hit of a programme, and viewing numbers may well be low; but that doesn't mean complete flop. (I don't think it'll come close to saving the Netflix deal, but it is feeding the idea that Harry's OK and at least he gets his programmes out; bigger problems with the lifestyle show, of which there is still no sign of a launch date)

BTW, was it an actual award for the comment on the size of their family? I remember it being construed as a pop at the Waleses (which meant it received quite a lot of coverage). I don't remember an award - can someone remind me?

It was an award from the charity “Population Matters” - a grant that the couple could give to a charity of their choice. The fact it was publicised means the Sussexes presumably must have agreed to accept it.

The award was off the back of an interview Harry had with Dr Jane Goodall about sustainability, that was published in Vogue. Harry said:

“I’ve always had a connection and a love for nature. I view it differently now, without question. But I’ve always wanted to try and ensure that, even before having a child and hoping to have children…”

Dr Goodall interjected, in a joke, “Not too many!” And Harry replied “Two, maximum!”
