Bit much, tbh. She also could have used the opportunity to acknowledge her privilege, and at least recognise that not all cancers are treatable/curable, and underscore the importance of further research, etc etc. It just came across quite self-absorbed, and whilst I don't doubt she's been through a lot, given that she is so much in the public eye it feels short-sighted of her not to take the chance to deliver more meaningful messages beyond "I'm fine now, look how beautiful my family is".
