Meghans trademark not allowed

The patent office apparently has turned down the trademark of Meghans new jam making business American Riviera Orchard on the grounds that you can't trademark geographical locations. You would have thought somebody would have picked up on this before now.

Yeh, that’s true. C&W can carry it off…just about.

Meghan and Harry, god forbid if they ever tried ….would be hilarious and they’d never hear the end of it. I’m guessing they must be watching it at the same time as us! Wonder what they think!

side note: it’s the most affectionate I’ve seen C&W and thought it was really nice. So I’m not totally dead inside 😜

Quite and yet she avoids using the Princess of Wales title or even correct name and referred the the late Queen as Harry's Grandmother, no title there either.

It fits in nicely on Instagram but if you don't watch a lot of videos there I think it can look over produced.

Also, it highlights how strange H&M are with their own kids. Never ever see them together. Yet you have C&W, showing what a normal family they are and how the kids are happy and they are all affectionate. It really shows H&M up…..making them look cold.

Which is ironic seen as Megan tried to make out she was the barefoot hugger and C&W were austere and standoffish

What I do know on a very basic level is when I see William and Catherine I don’t feel anything negative but when I see Harry and Meghan I feel irked.

What a lovely - genuinely - happy and loving family. Nice to see the Middleton grandparents involved, that's a testament to building positive family relationships, and so enriching for children.

These chaps are doing somewhat similar in selling very expensive produce as a lifestyle thing. Wouldn't surprise me if Meghan saw what Gwnyth Paltrow is earning and thought - I could do that. Glad I'm not the only one who thought this. I read her words before seeing the video and I thought they were beautiful. Her message was clear and empathetic.

Then I saw the video which is impeccably produced and gorgeous. The kids are just adorable and loved seeing how close the Middletons are.

Why I think there was some light trolling - William looks like he is about to laugh. There were hugs galore - so much for stiff non huggy Kate. The PDA - take that squaddies. The soft focus bits with the wafty dress moments - no need for a ballgown here. Catherine driving, she even had her car keys!

Honestly, I'm probably going to hell and I know what an absolute bastard cancer is, but tonight I will raise a glass to W&K for this masterful PR stroke. I wish Catherine all the best with her ongoing cancer journey.
