Meghans trademark not allowed

The patent office apparently has turned down the trademark of Meghans new jam making business American Riviera Orchard on the grounds that you can't trademark geographical locations. You would have thought somebody would have picked up on this before now.

Apparently she had multiple meetings, this is what aro was going to be, but in the end the owner declined. It then resulted in the owner taking some form of legal action or injunction out against them as she was going to just steal his ideas basically and knock it off or something. Loads of articles about it on line.

it appears that’s why aro was launched with nothing, no products, as she was stopped legally copying flamingo estate after th4 owner said no and then stopped her ripping his business off.

I don't think it is necessary to troll H & M deliberately. The rubbish they have spouted about William and Catherine is so obvious that it didn't need a video to prove it wrong.

I don’t think they are trolling harry and Megan, I believe they are bigger than that wnd very little of what they do, if any, is about Megan and Harry. For them, tne pair of them don’t exist any more.

I think that video is about Kate. I think everything has always been led by William, and her cancer has changed things, both in his understanding of how popular she is, and a realisation of how important she is, to her family , to him, and yes to the public,

i think this video is Kate’s idea and William is letting Kate take the lead, especially after the doctored photo and the not opening up about the diagnoses, I think that was more him, so he’s letting her lead for what she does now. The result is that video. I suspect we will see more of this, where William does a lot more of what Kate wishes,

If that was always the plan it's a shame she sat back passively and let them spout unchallenged nonsense especially when the thing was billed as 'no holds barred'. No surprise she's since had the travesty pulled but at least she got to laugh all the way to the bank and back.

It's ok, you made me realise I needed to clarify my point.

I think being a royal should be about being role models. And that video is showing us a happy loving family . That in itself is something for us all to aspire to. Spending family time with our happy kids. Outdoors, in nature, not doing something expensive, back to nature.

for me this sort of thing encapsulates what a role model should be, and is a good sign of future monarchy,

Also just on this point, long before the Netflix documentary aired, William and Kate released a very similar video shot by the same phtotgrapher to mark their 10th wedding anniversary. It was also shot in Norfolk and featured them outdoors with their children. I saw this video as an extension of that story.
