Harry in UK for funeral

DM is reporting Harry came to the UK for the funeral of his uncle Robert Fellowes. The husband of Diana's sister Lady Jane. Apparently they kept their distance from each other and didn't speak. Looks like William has the Windsor habit of bearing grudges. Don't blame him in this case.

Can you imagine Harry (and Meghan) living on the Althorp estate? I think by tea time we'd all know what Spencer had for lunch, how many dogs were taken for a walk and how both events impacted Harry negatively.

Robert Fellowes - some link to the RF as in working for them if I remember correctly. Is he the one who was 16 years older than Jane when they married and have they had a happy and successful marriage?

Ssir Robert Fellowes was a courtier, one of those men in grey that Harry hated. I wonder if he had an insect name for him.

Charles Spencer's book is about the abuse he and other pupils suffered at boarding school (including CSA). Not something to be laughed at or compared to Harry's mostly trivial complaints in Spare.

With Harry, news like this shows the media have no clue what Harry is going to do until he tells them. They have no inside sources.

When Harry visited Charles for that half hour talk, the press knew the plane Harry was arriving on and the time he was meeting Charles. After that meeting they had no idea where Harry was. Because he had not told the Palace.

Well why caution him at all, Harry didn't caution him. I'd be miffed if my sister or brother took it upon themselves to caution me unnecessarily. It's not like he met Meghan one day and then wanted to marry the next.

William was probably thinking that Meghan hadn’t really had time to think about what she was getting herself in to by joining the Royal family. And they hadn’t really been seeing each other that long, or at least not very frequently when they decided to marry. They weren’t even living on the same continent

This is not true. Charles Spencer offered her various houses. He said she could not have a house close to a public road because it would have been a security nightmare.

Have you noticed this is the Royal Family board? Why comment if you are not interested in the Royal Family?
