Maybe not, but that wouldn't necessarily stop her inventing a few - something she'd shown herself to be fully capable of
I happen to admire the palace's lack of public response to the silliness they've shown so far, but Meghan might easily take it as licence to do exactly as she pleases, which could well be another mistake
After all when someone keeps damning themselves with their own distasteful behaviour there's little need for the RF to do anything, and this also enables them to keep their hands clean and avoid blame for whatever follows
If she were to make stuff up or imply things (as she seems to like to do) then I think she would fairly swiftly have lawyers after her
Edited to add that as far as we know they've not brought in the lawyers against H&M yet, @smilesy - though I'm convinced they may have have done with Scobie, as a warning to them all after he named Charles and Catherine.
And frankly why bother spending the money and creating more angst, when as said the couple reveal themselves to be liars all by themselves?
