I dunno, I can see it doing quite well, marketing a British afternoon tea vibes to Americans.

I'm amazed to see how excited these people get by a jar of jam. Maybe the rich life isn't all it's cracked up to be?

There’s a film called Six Degrees of Separation where Will Smith’s character is an interloper and learns that the best gift to give your hosts is a posh jar of jam. Rich people have bought everything they want which is why posh jam is accepted and appreciated.

“When rich people do something nice for you, you give ‘em a pot of jam.”

The choice of jam is an interesting one, rather than a product linked to wellness in some way.
It's all part of the trad wife vibe, marrying a man for money, traditional baking, jam making, gardening and being valued for wearing expensive clothes.

That's interesting.

I did wonder if the 50 influencers are planning to do a 'jam shot' a day to build momentum and then the jam will be released into the world.

I'm also laughing at sources stating that Highgrove jam is just a poor imitation of the Montecito stuff. Leaking to the press again, not really a surprise.

@MummyJ12 😂. A lot of stuff of Twix this morning ( which could of course be nonsense) that Lemonada are less than happy with Meghan .

I do wonder if Charles cancer has given them a kick up the arse and are in panic mode. Two new hires one for the UK and Europe, ventures announced all at once, with little contents. Harry has shown time and time again his expectations do not match reality and even with all the slagging off of Charles that he believes he has his father’s money as a safety net may not seem a reality after all. Especially if Charles focuses on grandchildren with trust funds. Harry has placed Charles in a difficult position, as Charles is about duty and leaving Harry money for Harry then to use against the monarchy will be a hard decision for him as a father to have to do. Whether Harry intention or not he has and continues to damage the monarchy, he took it back to the Diana years for gossip and female shaming including his wife.

Perhaps she misunderstood and thought it was a marketing opportunity for her lemons 🤔😆

Lemon curd would make more sense than jam. Is lemon curd a thing in the US?

If they brought a sense of humour to it, it could be a great concept - Lemonada curd, Lemonada squash, Lemonada soda, and if she's a MNetter, Lemonada drizzle cake

I particularly like lemon fragranced soap. Had some from TK maxx made with Tuscan lemons and it was divine. The fragrance lasted ages. In all seriousness, there are so many things that can be made with lemons, I’m amazed she just puts them in baskets with her cloudy jam and a few scattered
white flowers (which I thought were bits of feta cheese when I first glanced at the photos 😆)

Oh, I doubt it. Otherwise why would she have invited Oprah and the Clooneys to her wedding? And sucked up to Ellen? (Not that Ellen is a thing any more, now that she's been cancelled. California is brutal.)

It’s Louis’ birthday tomorrow and allegedly there will not be a birthday photo.

My bad. It’s today. And officially there is no new photo after the pile on with the Mothers Day photo.

I really don’t blame them for not releasing a photo after what happened on Mother’s Day. It would only be picked apart by the Sussex Squad and be overly scrutinised by the agencies, and they are also maintaining that steel wall of privacy that the press are thankfully giving them now.
It makes me sad and cross that a photo can’t just be enjoyed for what it is. A nice photo. The media’s loss.

I suppose all we have to look forward to for the foreseeable future are photos of the chosen people rolling about in grass behind a basket of lemons and various friends gingerly biting into their sugar intake for the month instead.
