Harrys name appears in P Diddy court docs? Why?

I’m seeing this on TwitX this morning.

Prince Harry’s name appears in PDiddys court docs, in relation to his ‘sex trafficking parties’.

From how I’m reading it, it doesn’t appear to actually say Harry attended, but why would his actual name appear? He seems to be the only example mentioned by name?

I’m assuming this court doc is real, I’m very confused by this?

Go for it! I didn't bring up that Harry should be commenting on Andrew in the first place. Someone else did.

I don’t see how not commenting equates to support. Not commenting is in line with their usual practice. We have no idea what’s been said privately.

H&M on the other hand have commented on a wide range of topics one would normally expect to remain private family matters, and therefore the silence on this particular and salacious subject is noticeable.

Back to the topic. Whist I think throwing Harry's name in is probably lawyerly grandstanding, it is a little odd that his name alone is mentioned out of all the generic categories of people PD was allegedly offering access to. I'm sure there are bigger, more domestically well-known names that could have been cited. I don't know whether they do this to get PR for their case and put pressure on the defendants to settle before trial, or if it is a warning shot against those names. The plaintiff is alleging he has all sorts of recordings of pretty nefarious stuff, so he could be looking for a non court case connected payday from those he's named (there's an actor named too).

H seems to have a bit of a bother with recollection. And apparently bits of Spare are not proof he actually did things now.

As is often the case though, the truth will always be stranger than fiction. And far more entertaining too.

There's just so much messy shite out there . There are claims that Meghan was a yacht girl and had previously met Prince Andrew. I've seen some photos of this and it is clearly not Meghan but who really knows. I've also seen photos of Meghan lying either just bikini bottoms on a yacht. Her down father said she was a yacht girl. There's so much mess it's hard to separate truth from fiction.

@OliverTwisted I agree. They seem to specialise in calling out slights to themselves but not actual moral wrongs.

For example: very obsessed with making the royal apologise for something (but vague as to what) but absolute silence on Andrew and African Parks scandal.

Just read that the parties referred to were in 2022…. I guess the new “But what about…?” is Harry.

Blimey, what is it that makes a couple of princes so dim? And far from Harry having to Find Freedom, it seems he actually had a good deal of it in the rf. I couldn’t care how hard he partied or parties and with whom, if he wasn’t such a pompous little hypocrite.
