Harrys name appears in P Diddy court docs? Why?

I’m seeing this on TwitX this morning.

Prince Harry’s name appears in PDiddys court docs, in relation to his ‘sex trafficking parties’.

From how I’m reading it, it doesn’t appear to actually say Harry attended, but why would his actual name appear? He seems to be the only example mentioned by name?

I’m assuming this court doc is real, I’m very confused by this?

It was not meant as an attack, I am not sure why you are upset. William has apparently done loads covered up by the spare. William's parties in the past dressed like Africans, Natives, Colonisers etc. But surely not the point here . . . . William was present at these parties with Diddy too.
As others have said it's likely they want attention to the case.

From what I can see the feds have visited Diddy's homes and had 2 of his son's in cuffs. It seems they have the publicity they needed.

It’s unfair to Harry. But he took the Daily Mail to court.
So, any articles about him (and her) are going to be nasty.

Lots of people have been named in the various court docs, it’s just a way to get more talk about the case, clearly it works well. Of course the Daily Mail will ramp it up, they have skin in the game!

Im sure most of the royals/politicians/hollwood type, have hung out with Puff Daddy to various degrees. He has been a superstar for a long time. So far, there is nothing to suggest that this is anything

It's engagement farming by the Daily Mail. Diddy's homes were raided by homeland security yesterday and streamed live by TMZ and other news networks.

The case was filed nearly a month ago and the court document contains pictures and names of many famous people.

Harry was likely only mentioned to get a quick settlement similar to the Cassie case which was settled for $30 million last year. The plaintiff Lil Rod goes into specifics about what allegedly happened and who was there. The allegations are from 2022 and 2023 when Lil Rod worked on Diddys last album.

Not surprised the tabloids have picked it up now, they seem ti just repeat what’s on SM at this point.

A PP had it when they said if it had have mentioned anyone by name (example used Barack Obama) it would be the same thing - why them specifically.

It seems that it was Lil’ Rods statement that named him as an example- doesn’t have anything to do with the pics that I’ve seen.

Maybe as was mentioned earlier - had to clarify an example of ‘foreign dignitaries’. 🤷‍♀️

What parties from 2022 onwards? I'm pretty sure that I've never seen anything published about such parties, that involved Harry.

It’s not unfair though - Harry has actually been named in these papers, and the newspapers are free to report on that. In the same way they report on Beatrice’s wedding gifts and Charles’ cash donations to his charity. The royals may or may not have done anything wrong, but the papers are 100% free to report the stories.

I never knew Meghan Markle was to be deposed in VG v PA lawsuit, what would she know about PA? I guess that must have added to the pressure for the queen to make the PA thing go away. Imagine having two members of the RF embroiled in that court case.

As regards Harry, we know from Spare, that he was doing drugs at the home of Courtney Cox, no one knew they had any connection at all prior to Spare. So he could easily have been at a P Diddy party without it becoming public.

It's kind of like how names like Leonardo DiCaprio were in Epstein court documents. It wasn't that he was there, it was that he was mentioned during questioning and so ended up on the documents. But it made for sensationalist headlines.

Yes ... or his brother the King, or his other two siblings, Anne and Edward. I missed their comments. But apparently his nephew Harry should be making a statement!

Well, W&K haven't been blabbing to the media about other people in the rf have they, whereas Harry has. It's a bit of a hobby for him so it does seem odd that Uncle Andrew has escaped his scathing scrutiny.

I assume that poster meant that Harry has had rather a lot of accusations to throw at his family, in print and on film, but has not said much about Andrew during his little diatribes, who surely is the family embarrassment. Why are you comparing Harry with the other royals who have not been monetising their problems with their family and as a rule do not comment on these matters?

Because he is not an active member of the RF who are totally protecting Andrew. They seem fine with all Andrew has done and is doing.

Well that particular straw man has been done to absolute death on this board, and most of us regulars will know there is no point having a discussion about it as it just ends up derailing the thread with whataboutery. I shall stick to discussing Harry and this present lawsuit.
