Such an upsetting video of her. I really hope that everybody who slagged her off hang their heads in shame. It was obvious that something serious was going on. She's got young kids and she's a young woman. I've walked this mile myself. I cannot imagine how difficult it must be undergoing such hideous treatment while you are scrutinised in such a way. I feel really bad for them and anybody else going through the cancer nightmare.

Don’t be so nasty. Do you think she’s less worried because she access to great health care. Do you think her poor kids are any less frightened. Have some compassion FFS.

Terrible having to go through that in the public glare. Poor girl, hope she makes a full recovery as with all cancer sufferers.

Irrelevant of fame, wealth and privilege she is still a 42 year old woman dealing with an atrocious disease whilst having children.

Yes I know, the NHS is shocking, but it's still a horrible disease for anyone.

@Doseofreality knew it wouldn't be long before people like you wrote comments like that. My dad's friend was a millionaire, got the best treatment available, and still died from cancer. It doesn't discriminate. Keep your insensitive thoughts to yourself.

Oh dear god. First time I’ve posted on a Kate related post. Cancer is awful. Poor woman and poor family. I hope her treatment goes well and she recovers quickly.

It's true though. She will be at the front of every queue and will 100% get the BEST cancer specialists. She will never see a public ward

As I think Steve Jobs showed us there’s no amount of money or privilege that can buy your way out of a serious health condition.

People should be ashamed of their behaviour surrounding her withdrawal from the public eye. People on here, speculating and gossiping. Rumours of affairs. Pathetic.
