Nowhere does he say "it's not her". He says "I was 95% sure it was her, but people online have said stuff. So, now, I don't know what to think". (Paraphrasing).

In other words - everyone, take another look at our footage. At no point does he say its not her.

It's using the SM conspiracies to drive more traffic to their site. You're taking it as confirmation bias to your own conspiracy. And falling for the PR trick TMZ are pulling.

That guy has a digital job with a huge employer. I dunno what to make of it, he could’ve filmed in Windsor on Saturday but done something with the images of a random couple … I do think he’s a bit of a narcissist who’s enjoying the attention. Anyway, no one knows for sure and no opinion is better than another.
