One would imagine such a notable farm shop would not still have their tattered tinsel and decorative Christmas adornments flapping in the spring sunshine.
The clientele would be most miffed and would expect to see overpriced quails eggs, delicate hand blown eggs hanging from pussy willow and artisan chocolate that requires a second mortgage. Or two. Spring lambs ready for the ‘perfect’ Easter table.

If the picture was taken around Christmas, as some seem to be suggesting, then why is everyone so lightly dressed? It's the bleak midwinter, and everyone is going around bareheaded with light jackets and not a glove or scarf to be seen? In Windsor? In December?

Somewhere at Windsor Farm some poor underling is being given grief about starting the holiday decorations late.

Despite the ingrained nonchalance of the good people of Windsor when it comes to the RF, it's still somewhat surprising that there's no other photos or footage of the most missing woman in the world doing a bit of shopping, smiling on full beam, etc.

I don’t think it’s her. The bone structure is all wrong. The woman in the video has higher cheekbones and a more tapering jawline than Kate does. That’s not a difference that weight loss would create.

I thought the woman in the video had a pointier chin than I'm used to seeing on Kate. But these days people have chin fillers to make their chin more pointed. The guy looks like William though and has the same mannerisms.
