Hello 👋, I thought it might be nice to have a thread we can discuss our cheesy feelings, food delights and general discourse about the royal family.

@wildernesssw Please don't attack me. Goats cheese is a fact of life, and anyone can aspire to it if they want to, you just need to get on your bike to Waitrose and work for it. It was made by peasants in Spain somewhere and brought to me by my very fancy pants houseguests last weekend. They are supporting local artisans and the EU economy, and that is to be applauded, surely? Is this some sort of gammon complaint you are making? As for the red onions, my immigrant mother put them on everything, so you're just a racist.

I messaged a friend today to say I had spent my lunch hour weeding my side border, and she assumed it was a euphemism, and asked me what it meant... it meant I put on my gardening gloves and weeded the bit of garden at the side of my house! So boring even DDog went back inside and curled up on the sofa 😂

I’m thinking it’s time for a rebranding. My crest is a chicken with one leg propped victoriously atop a wheel of cheese. But what type of cheese? Its not in a can, dammit. But it’s not clear in the picture. Help me decide and then I’ll convince my household inhabitants to change their names so we can unify. Minus DH. He’s not going for it. And one of the felines already told me to buzz off. But the dog and other two felines are on board; they understand the importance of representing a united front to the world.
