Meghan, Duchess of Sussex spotted out and about, part 3

Part 3 of a nice, unproblematic thread to discuss some of the fab outfits from the Duchess of Sussex, and some of the many great causes she (and Harry) and Archewell supports. h/t @queentim for the original threads.

I really liked this outfit and the way the skirt flowed as she walked - really good choice and quite pared back compared to some other people on the red carpet.

I'm assuming it's a blanket idiot statement @AliceOlive , for anyone who doesn't kneel at the alter of fabulousness that is the Sussex's!

It was online. I didn't search for it, just BAM there it was. Not his finest hour. Deer in the headlights, I would say.

Actually I do, I have sat with my ex as he got his face stitched back together after a stud went into his face. He never behaved like that, though. He had too much respect for himself.

Don't you believe it. I've seen the lot having worked in a well known Rugby Club in my youth. I've seen more bare arses than you can imagine! Especially when they win...

@AliceOlive - I have zero respect or like for M&H ... but in this instance I quite liked her skirt - thought it was paired poorly though with the top and it seemed To Be too high up On her waist - but did like her skirt

I thought Meghan’s outfit was nice for the official photos - it just looked a bit ott when they were seated amongst more casually-attired people.

A meedja person was telling me that H&M were invited to give the film attention: free flight and top accommodation a small price to pay for all the publicity - no matter that they are divisive - for a film that was going under the radar a bit.

I need a new wool coat and like so many that Meghan has worn. I bought one on sale from Calvin Klein but it got here and was uuuge despite me following their sizing guidance. I also didn’t love the wool blend - it had less wool and more whatever. Taking it back.

As this thread is also about the causes M&H champion, here's the latest update from Archewell on their work with families "to provide a support network for parents dealing with grief or who have children managing serious mental health conditions as a result of their exposure to harmful online content"

It's pretty astonishing that despite years of talk about this issue, including at yesterday's US congressional hearings at which Mark Zuckerberg and other tech leaders were "grilled", online platforms continue to spew misinformation and conspiracy theories, harass and cyber bully, urge teens to self-harm and suicide, etc etc - feels like it's even getting worse.

Do enough of the people with the ability to drive change really, really care? Doesn't seem that clear-cut, given the lack of progress...
