Harry is not the only person taking on the press. So why single him out for abuse of process? Is Doreen Lawrence also engaged in abuse of process?

Because we’ve seen in great detail how Harry had no actual evidence to bring one of his cases, of course. And another one may well be well long out of time. The other people’s claims do not, to my knowledge have those issues. If they do, I’d also regard them as abuses of process.

As with all the RF they were invited every year to Balmoral but didn’t go although Harry spent a lot of time there when he was younger and claimed to love it . When Archie was a few months old , they stated that he was too young for the journey yet managed to go to Elton’s pad in S France during the same summer .
When they were over for their events in the days before HM’s death , they could have gone up to Balmoral on one of the many London to Aberdeen flights but chose not to.

I don't find @Roussette tedious at all. She has been here long enough to know exactly how things pan out and we see her posts targeted here often. She can post what she likes within guidelines.

Indeed especially as he is on record saying he had concerns about the people around HM . If I had those concerns about an elderly relative I would be hot footing it to visit.

We haven’t heard Doreen Lawrence’s case actually. She’s a claimant in the case against ANL, the Mail’s publisher. They are still determining if the claims have been made in time or not in that action.

The claims that have recently gone to hearing are those against MGN, the publisher of the Mirror. That’s the one in which Harry gave evidence personally. Doreen Lawrence isn’t involved in that.

I'm sorry I must have missed you specifically referring to that case. We heard other claimants in the MGN one, did you look at those too? What evidence do the other claimants have that Harry is missing? What kind of evidence do they look for, or need rather, in phone hacking or unlawful info gathering cases in the past? It would be something hard to actually provide evidence for I imagine, so I am interested in what they do rely on.

Also - you didn’t miss this. It was MrsMaxDeWinter who brought up Doreen Lawrence, not me. I have only referred to her to correct your misapprehension above that she was been involved in the recent trial.

To be fair I do like to read some of the H and M supporters' posts as they are well written and I can see their point even if not agreeing with it. They don't usually bring much of their own life and perceived status into it. Of course anyone can post what they like within the guidelines. I have met IRL a couple of posters who at one time thought they were the backbone of MN. It's a concept that I find amusing at best.
