I think most decent people would assume that parents are spending time with their children and it was not said as a statement of fact. the previous poster said she wasn't spending time with her children, like they knew it to be true. You can;t compare those comments.

@Iwantcakeeveryday - ahh you have different degrees of speculation ... it 'ok' if it's positive, but 'not ok' if it's negative towards MM... sounds very much like 'their truth' to me!

So they are not actually about service and philanthropy, they are just about being rich.

How awful I am

I stuck up for a working woman and called out someone for stating what a shame it was Meghan wasn't spending time with her children. Such a negative statement.
I try to think positively about people not imagine the worst and I imagine M&H are totally hands on parents. As are W&K

You are correct but unfortunately for some that is exactly what it is. Not a care in the world for those like Jacintha who innocently get caught up in their 'light hearted entertainment '.
Some are way too invested but their enthusiasm and defence tactics can be amusing at times 😄

I think Kate was criticised by you @Roussette for not working enough - I do believe you used ‘lazy’ so you would have liked her to spend less time with her children.

I personally thought it was a positive Kate wanted to be there for her kids and that she made that choice but I do recall you used to check a register to see how many hours she put in

Personally I think women should have the choice about work home
balance.

it wouldn't matter who it was, speculating or stating as fact someone doesn't spend time with their children is something I would object to.

One is bringing up the future king/queen, working royal, parent and supports her family well, courteous to others, is a good ambassador for the UK/RF and is funded by us- the other causes dramas, tells lies, bullies, entitled beyond belief, cannot read a room, extremely self centred, is being dropped like a hot coal and is seen by senior business person as 'a grifter' apparently - I'll bet Dior can't wait to sign up!

Since John Galliano lead Dior, there has been a rivalry between the designers and then ultimately, the houses of Dior and McQueen. First Alexander McQueen felt second fiddle at Givenchy because John got the lion’s share of the money from the parent company LVMH for his Dior collections. Then Alexander left to set up his own company and for a good while outshone and outsold Dior, he then sold a large share of his business to Gucci which deepened the rift.
Dior tried to get Sarah Burton to leave McQueen in 2016 and work as their creative director but she has stayed loyal to McQueen after Alexander’s death.
Interesting then that as the Princess of Wales supports and wears McQueen that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex choose to wear and support Dior. IMO the story of this signing is probably true for this reason alone. It makes sense.

This 'business person' is head of Podcast innovation and Monetisation at Spotify, they have never made a profit! They've had to sack loads of people.!! He sold The Ringer to them for 200 million! So he's a bit of a grifter himself. He's also a misogynist and a few years ago had to be told by his own staff at the Ringer he had just publicly claimed were a diverse group, that in fact he had no black editors or staff writers covering NFL or NBA, and 85% of his guests were white. He's had black staff members say they often felt uncomfortable working for him at The Ringer. He's already badmouthed Harry and Meghan while they were still under contract. Frankly they are better off not being associated with this unprofessional moronic frat boy.
