im not sure who the next witness is or how long the case is scheduled for.

let’s just hope none of the othernesses pull a Harry and don’t turn up on the day they are told to!

I was not and never have minimised racism.

You are minimising racism when you say that if she was white she would have had it worse, and refer to their leaving in part because of it as "she didn’t get the special treatment she thought she deserved.' Its not special treatment to not receive racist abuse.

This is a low statement and it makes it sound like poc and anyone else really, shouldn;t bring up racism here, or worse are doing so to provoke you.

It's my understanding cases are delayed all the time, maybe this is just par for the course? its just a bit more high profile so we hear about it?

I was a young teenager at the time, who paid very little attention to the news. Even I remember the utterly relentless press coverage. For weeks!

Probably right @MrsFinkelstein , there does seem to be a lot of waiting around with court cases! , most are very boring!🤣

I'm sure she popped up recently and said the papers treated her very badly.

Someone on another thread made an allusion to the infamous Jarndyce v Jarndyce case. Let’s hope this isn’t as long!

When’s Harry’s next case scheduled ?

The abuse the bike shop got was unfair and unwarranted. No arguments there.

For me, it is a bit sad that after a month, someone in the Sussex household didn’t manage to at least sign a letter of thanks.

I don’t think it was necessary of the company to display the thank you letter and I find it a little odd unless it was an ‘oh look what we did’ for a connection to that household.

Have they displayed other thank you letters?

Are they saying that the other people they donated bikes to didn’t say thank you? (Whether it be selected charities or the recipients?)

I would find that even more odd.

And as for this?

It is not outwith the realms of possibility that they might have sent a thank you letter if they’d have had a gift too. I wonder why they weren’t chosen for such a generous impromptu gesture?

I follow Secret Barrister on Twitter, so they do frequently highlight how often cases are delayed or strung out due to the chronic underfunding of the Justice system.

I do think though, now that H isn't the main focus it will become a bit harder to find updates on the case, unless someone else really high profile is up.

Yes, about Koo. I think she had done a topless scene or something so the media portrayed her as some hard core porn actress. I dont remember much of the details but I do recall her being in all the papers, and on the main news, daily for several weeks. The media basically set up camp outside her house.
