Harry may be in trouble with his Visa application!

polkadotdalmation · 03/05/2023 10:48

So the American Heritage foundation has put in an appeal for their freedom of information application, to see Harry's original visa application, which has incidentally 'got lost'!

They feel that Harry has negated his right to privacy regarding this document because he has already put his drug use into the public domain.

The questions on the visa applications are about drug use or using substances you know to be prohibited, in your past or currently when the application was made.

Nothing to do with the fact cannabis is not prohibited in California currently and his current drug use.

Case I believe, is being brought against the department of homeland security, and the basis for the Heritage foundation is were equality laws followed or was Harry given preferential treatment because of his title. Interesting. Maybe Harry learns to keep his private drug use, private.

The gleeful desperation on this is very telling. Wanting a man to be seperated from his little children... how lovely.
I bet some of you lot have your fingers crossed this will happen.

Luverly Hmm

@SidekickSylvia
Read this thread as though you're impartial.

I’m reading it with knowledge of the Heritage Foundation and their agenda. That’s why @AskMeMore and others on here are trying to tell you this won’t come to anything and it’s deranged to think it will.

Rousette as usual you reduce it to 'haterz'
I'm just interested to see how it's handled. What if anything happens. The answer will be nothing though so you can rest assured.

If you yourself took drugs and put that down on a visa application, you wouldn't be treated so well.

Do you know yourself as a 'haterz' because no where have I said that.

Visa application is private. The gloating on here with posters absolutely desperate for him to have a problem is crass.

Read this thread as though you're impartial. Seriously, read it as though you haven't picked a side and barely know anything about PH/MM/Royal family and have absolutely no opinion.

The op is about a man who has publicly stated that he has taken illegal drugs, by including it in his book. He currently resides in a country that refuses entry to ordinary people if they are or have been using drugs. He is rich and privileged and this is a blatant and arrogant demonstration that the rules don't apply to him, despite also claiming that his royal status has been a burden his whole life.

Questions are being asked and for many people it's quite interesting to see how this pans out. I doubt that anybody thinks he will be deported, simply because of his status, but it will be interesting if - for once in his pampered life - he has to answer to a higher authority.

I have no idea what any of this has to do with Jimmy Savile, Peter Morrison or Margaret Thatcher, but I'm surprised at the confidence asserted in whose side Justine was talking about when she said posters were 'deranged' about MM.

Well said @SidekickSylvia

Unfortunately defend and deflect is almost always deployed when it comes to Harry.

I don’t think it is unreasonable to ask this particular question.

And or has got the square root of fuck all to do with the King, his questionable brother, Jimmy or Maggie.

Unless of course they filled in the form for him.

vera99 · 04/05/2023 09:00

I blame the father and his mistress for all this mess. Not that I want to rain on their parade... 😂

michaelmacrae · 04/05/2023 09:01

@SidekickSylvia You think you're being impartial, but you're not.

ArcaneWireless · 04/05/2023 09:04

So you don’t think Harry has to accept any responsibility for anything he does or has done since birth Vera?

Mon now.

The topic is about rich people getting away with criminality. Both Charles have several links to serious sex offenders. Jimmy Saville as an open secret. John Lydon tried to talk about it in an interview in the 70s. Irvine Walsh's book Filth was rumoured to be about Jimmy Savile. Savile was protected all his life by the establishment. Charles was good friends with him and another sex offender Peter Ball. His favourite Uncle who he spent an awful lot of time with has been accused of raping boys. We all know about his brother and Epstein.
Charles was either naive and stupid or knew what was going on. Its never been investigated. We're talking about rich, white men raping children.

newnamethanks · 04/05/2023 09:15

Preferential treatment? Perish the thought. How can you think such a thing?😂

8roses · 04/05/2023 09:16

Let’s hope the jet is well stocked with bog roll - both outbound and inbound!

Sudeko · 04/05/2023 09:17

For all you know, many of the younger royals may also have criminal and perverse friends 😉

@SidekickSylvia You think you're being impartial, but you're not.

No, I don't. I know I'm not impartial because I find Harry's combination of ignorance, racism and arrogance quite unlikable. I hope he is not deported or denied re entry though, because I would never hope for the separation of a family, particularly if there are young children. It's a moot point anyway, nothing will come of this due to the royal status he claims to hate.

It is an interesting discussion to have though, in terms of how the hugely privileged are protected from the red tape that the rest of us have to adhere to. Harry's situation is a blatant example of it, and for that reason it'll be interesting to see how it plays out.

Yeah... Charles could murder someone and not be tried. Not in a criminal or civil law case.

There's plenty of laws, taxes and rules we have to adhere to that the Monarchy don't.

yes to this.

LadyMuckingabout · 04/05/2023 10:03

I don’t want him separated from his family, but I think he should receive a rap over the knuckles. If he is a private citizen, he should be bound by the same rules as everyone else. He is very entitled and bumptious (as are indeed other royals) and he needs to grow up.

And to the haters if your wish comes true then he and his family may come back to the UK probably to wreak havoc back within the royal fold. Be careful what you wish for ...

In the unlikely event of Harry being refused entry to the U.S. what do you think would happen?
1)Meghan & the children would move to the U.K.
2) Meghan would divorce him & try for a huge amount of child support from the RF
3) They would both move to their "private island"

I'm going to go with (2).

And let's face it, if/when Meghan does decide she's had enough of needy Harry, she's got a shitload of ammunition right there in his memoir.

Roussette · 04/05/2023 10:15

Ahhh so they're divorcing now. Honestly Hmm

Hi. How do you know this?

I'm psychic.

notanotheroneagain · 04/05/2023 10:39

What a waste of time from this 'heritage' organisation.

The judge will most likely see this case playing out miles away.

The question asks if you are an addict or misused drugs.

Harry's lawyers will argue that he did consume drugs, but was not an addict. It was his father who sent him to rehab as a youngster. Also there were no bad consequences to his drug use - ie, he used, but no one was harmed because of it. So no misuse proved.

Also there was no possession proved. Someone at some party gave him the drugs, he can't even remember who or where they got them from.

It is not illegal to have drugs on your system in the UK.

Case closed.

Harry may be in trouble with his Visa application!

Brilliant so can you tell me about Charles's close relationship with Saville. Which of the three options are most likely

Was he really stupid and naive that he didn't know what was going on despite it being an open secret?
Did he know but rich white men must stick together?
Charles has dark secrets to hide
