They were never entitled to Prince or Princess as a title, as they are female line grandchildren. The Queen offered courtesy titles - which Anne rejected - but these would not have been Prince or Princess. More likely Viscount and Lady, like Margaret’s children.

She’s just as disingenuous and disrespectful as anyone. She scheduled this interview for the day before the launch of Spare in an attempt to get on the bandwagon - but had to lower herself by deriding her own customers and using insensitive / oppressive phraseology just to get a sound bite.

It's possible to have a less than favourable opinion of a site founder and still use their product - that's called making value judgement about what's more important - being irritated by a throwaway stupid remark or appreciating what MN brings to one's life and acting accordingly.

There’s nothing in the Letters Patent about where the child is born.

Any child who is a male line grandchild of the monarch is entitled to be HRH Prince/Princess.

That stands either from the moment you are born if your grandparent is or has been monarch (multiple of George V’s grandchildren take titles from him despite being born after his death) or when they become monarch if that is after your birth.

Some posts, right after the accession, when threads were discussing royal styles for the Sussex DC, stated back then that there would be no announcement from the Palace until the parents had made their preferences known (in exactly the same was as the Wessexes made a choice).
