Has anyone posted about this hearing to dismiss yesterday?

My opinion? Samantha is an ass who purposely humiliated Meghan, every chance she got. I hope they throw out the case and reprimand Samantha+ her attorney for being grifters and wasting the court's time.

See, I’d hope I’d wouldn’t be as much of a dick as Samantha is but if my life was invaded and scrutinised to the extent Samantha’s has been as a result of who your half sister happened to marry…I think I’d be pretty pissed.

Maybe Samantha Grant shouldn't have changed her name to Markle the minute Harry came on the scene? Just a thought.

She just wanted to cash in, end of. No sympathy, she's been awful with her conspiracy theories about Meghan, so much so she was banned from Twitter

Sammantha Markle apparently changed her name back to Markle in 1997 and provided the accompanying documents (court petition) to a publication? And her college diploma showed her name as Markle

Where is the proof she only changed it when Harry and Meghan started dating ? Are we supposed to take Harry and Meghan’s word for it or do you have a reputable source

I’m not sure which is correct - but Sammantha seemed to have proof.

None of the Markles, Meghan included, were fully briefed and supported or given any sort of help. Hillbilly brother would not have a clue how to handle the media intrusion.

I blame Harry who pulled the wool over Megan's eyes in order to hook her in, she was in no way prepared for what was really in store for, let alone her dad who was manipulated by the tabloids. He then received an angry and very nasty phone call from Harry, who hadn't even bothered to meet the man and get him on side.

If you have definitive proof that this is untrue, I'll look at it.

Her college name may well have been Markle. She's late 50s, that's a long time ago.

Her vile tweets about Meghan's children being surrogates or not even existing and her ban from Twitter doesn't lend any credence to what she says. In my opinion anyway

As Meghan pointed out in finding freedom
Sam left school without a diploma and years Sammantha collected her degree in a wheelchair (one photo showed a younger adult Meghan with her). That is the degree Sammantha claimed was showed her name as Markle.

I don’t think Sammantha is a nice person but provocations like this on Oprah must have stung.

we will just have to wait and see if the case gets to court. I doubt it will though.

Sam would be better moving on as would Harry and Meghan. Onwards to better things

Most people have seen enough evidence to know that Meghan isn't nice. It's all very well having your past antics scrubbed off the internet just before you became engaged to a prince. Samantha doesn't have that privilege.

Anyone can delete tweets, if you're not banned from Twitter that is. Like Samantha is. Or was. Hardly surprising given the vile stuff she put out there

I'm amazed that posters will jump to the defence of her. She stabs her half sister in the back for money with endless grubby interviews with the likes of GB news, she spreads malicious and vile stuff about Meghan ...yet on MN she appears to be an ok person. Bizarre

I'll leave you all to your support of her. Have a read of this small bit of her lies and nastiness

It means that Samantha is a complete cow without clout and Meghan is also a complete cow with clout and great PR. They share that sisterly bond.

I’m not defending Sammantha, I’m just pointing out that Sammantha has provided contradictory evidence to Meghan’s claIms on Oprah.

You said that Sammantha had changed her name to take advantage of Meghan’s high profile relationship (based on Meghan’s claims) this may very well not be true

I’ve no interest in trawling Twitter thanks

I use my maiden name in some contexts, my married name in others. I have never sat down and listed or counted or even thought about how and why.

well dramas with wedding dresses 3 days before the wedding doesn't stop Harry meeting TM long before the event. Anyone who can only muster one family member from a large family to attend the wedding of the year is decidedly odd. She seems to have had some extended family who.were close to her at times and even helped secure job opportunities so they arent all nut jobs.
Massively strange and should have rung alarm bells straight off.

I understand why Meghan tried to erase them all but the problem was that ultimately, she wasn't any different to them beneath the carefully crafted glossy image.
