Well she's right. The vitriol is ridiculous. None of us know Megan, all we know about her is what the media have decided they want us to know. Even Harry's book so far has been filtered through the media so thousands of people who won't bother to read it, will think they know all about it - because of what the sun and the daily mail told them it said. Complete lack of critical thinking combined with blind devotion to the monarchy. I'm not a fan of harry and meghan but what they've been subjected to for trying to talk about their own experience has been ridiculous.

Can't understand it myself. There are awful people in the world, who don't receive anywhere near the amount of vitriol. No-one here knows her, it's just vile to be tearing someone apart online for no reason. It's not just Mumsnet, I've muted FB friends because they seem overcome with their hatred of her.

As for the book, tiny exerts have been poured over and torn up. Last night I read the full two pages of Harry's 25 army kills, it paints a whole different picture than Harry brags about killing.

Can't believe the whole furor of the thing, can't believe the BBC news has been leading with M&H, when there's an NHS crisis. It's proving a very good deflection for the Tory media and people are lapping it up.

I've hardly been on any royal threads until very recently but certainly in the past few days it's barely about MM. Plenty of people saying that while they used to think it was all her, since the book has been made public, they see how much is directly Harry's doing.

Maybe Justine hasn't been kept abreast of the fast moving threads?

It's fine not to like someone in the public eye- the endless discussions, the folk who insist they know what everyone in the RF is thinking from reading the daily Mail and a few Instagram posts is utterly bonkers.

She’s right. It was obvious to me and anyone who’s being paying attention, that Harry was the one who wanted out to the UK and the “firm”.
He’s on record in interviews in his early 20s, stating he wanted to move to Africa and he disliked the press. But people would rather blame Meghan for everything.
