Not quite. H was on his way out of the army because he couldn’t pass the requirements to move up the ranks and anything else would have been humiliation (for him personally). The RF provided him with a career path and status he was incapable of achieving on his own.

They seem to be doing a lot of good and getting recognised for the good in the US. Everyone else apart from the BM followers know about their charitable work. When they win awards, there are cries of “they bought the awards”. So they must have a lot of money and power to buy awards from powerful people.

I don't think he did choose. He was forced out because his location was exposed by the Press. Another reason he hates the Press. He was very angry about being forced out of the Army in an active role.

I definitely think the British media was racist towards Meghan but perhaps not always blatantly (apart from straight outta compton which was awful). I was happy when her and H announced their engagement, I thought it would help modernise the RF - not necessarily because she was a black woman but also that she was an actress and had her own career. I was sad when it went tits up. But now it's perfectly obvious that they are chasing the cash and all this is motivated by money and that they are perfectly happy to paint the entire country as racist to further Megan's political dreams.

I think the poster needs to keep letting us know that they are definitely British.

He couldn’t carry on serving without passing exams to allow him to progress. He arrived at a crossroads, intensive study towards promotion to Major and making a life long career of it or leave. He chose to leave.

Time and again it's been asked why they'd still want to be half in/half out of an institution so toxic that it was said to have nearly driven Meghan to suicide, but answer comes there none - not even from those apparently able to say what "the world" and "the colonies" think, which would be quite an achievement if only it was true
