Well well, reviews are in and now its time to blame some one else.

Speaking on her podcast hours after the release of the final three episodes on Netflix, Schofield said: “From what I’m being told, the Sussexes are a bit disappointed with the final product.”
“The Sussexes feel like the docuseries leans too much into the drama and victimhood — more than they had anticipated… Today, Meghan wants to be seen as a thought leader and a changemaker, and they want to put the past behind them,” she added.
The podcast hose also added that Meghan ‘recognizes that the public wants to move on’ from their royal drama as well.
Schofield further shared that the Sussexes’ displeasure arises from the fact that they did not have much creative control over the project.
“Ultimately, the final project is not necessarily a love letter to their causes, and it is not the vehicle that they were looking for to set the record straight,” Schofield said.

Interesting. I think the proof will be in the pudding. Will they now move on and focus on their own future or will they continue to talk about the RF?

NaturalBae · 16/12/2022 11:59

Here we go again!
I’ll be back later to catch up on numerous tone policing posts from pp who are not racist 🫤

Suzi888 · 16/12/2022 12:01

A thought leader - 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I can’t imagine anyone cares, why can’t they just move on with their own lives. They need to let it go.

sashagabadon · 16/12/2022 12:05

Oh dear! Maybe we will get a behind the scenes documentary by the director on the making of the Harry and Meghan documentary. I would watch that

walkinthewoodstoday · 16/12/2022 12:07

Vol 1 I was behind them but on vol 2 I think it has become more painting themselves as victims.

Pancakeorcrepe · 16/12/2022 12:08

Maybe they will finally move on. Certainly took them enough time

Georgeskitchen · 16/12/2022 12:13

The book is next.........

EmmaAgain22 · 16/12/2022 12:17

Making their point for them OP

the press will say any old crap they like.

Doesn't Meghan come from TV Land? Isn't that her specialist subject. Doesn't she have contacts who could have guided them on the wording of the contract.
Confused

You beat me to it 😂😂 it’s just such utter crap! Pure egotistical fantasy.

have you watched it?
Of course not!

Jessica60 · 16/12/2022 12:25

You mean that they didn't get the public's response that they were expecting and now they are backtracking. Boring, rich privileged moaners. They need to look at what real victims are.

bakalava · 16/12/2022 12:25

'Thought crime' leader?

FrownedUpon · 16/12/2022 12:26

What a mess! They hate the negative response to the series, so are desperately trying to redeem themselves. Too late now.

Agreed.

All those PP's and threads saying "we don't care about H&M" are full of bullshit. If they didn't care they wouldn't post endless drivel. You know the best way to show how little you care?....ignore them, say nothing, live your own lives without dissecting theirs, move on, but no, it's much more "fun" to have eleventybillion threads all saying the same things over and over again. What sad lives some people on here have.

FrownedUpon · 16/12/2022 12:29

I'm thinking, even after watching it, do you question at all if this article is real?

because I see this article as an excellent example of the speculative crap they explained - out of their own mouths - that causes so many problems.

senua · 16/12/2022 12:37

Funny how some people attract "speculative crap" and other don't. The article would never have been written if they hadn't done the series.

over50andfab · 16/12/2022 12:44

Just looking at the article wording….”reportedly disappointed ”, “allegedly not happy”, “from what I’m being told” (by whom - the person at the supermarket check-out?) just yet more guesswork and assumptions then.

However of course it’s being lapped up by those who can’t see it for what it is, like so many other articles, who then post yet more negative rubbish thread titles and posts.

friendlycat · 16/12/2022 12:52

Who knows.

But if they are actually a bit disappointed there was one sure way not to portray the victim status of the whole thing, by actually not saying some things in the first place then they could not have made the final cut. But perhaps that's too much of a sensible approach.

rumship · 16/12/2022 12:58

My my what are the H&M fans going to do now, their idols are disagreeing with all their sorry excuses.
