Well well, reviews are in and now its time to blame some one else.

Speaking on her podcast hours after the release of the final three episodes on Netflix, Schofield said: “From what I’m being told, the Sussexes are a bit disappointed with the final product.”
“The Sussexes feel like the docuseries leans too much into the drama and victimhood — more than they had anticipated… Today, Meghan wants to be seen as a thought leader and a changemaker, and they want to put the past behind them,” she added.
The podcast hose also added that Meghan ‘recognizes that the public wants to move on’ from their royal drama as well.
Schofield further shared that the Sussexes’ displeasure arises from the fact that they did not have much creative control over the project.
“Ultimately, the final project is not necessarily a love letter to their causes, and it is not the vehicle that they were looking for to set the record straight,” Schofield said.

Haven’t we been hearing things from their point of view since they left? I mean they haven’t shut up for nearly three years.

They are over exposing themselves and like any over exposed celebrity people get bored and move on. If they had any sense they would keep a very low profile in 2023 and re-emerge a year or two later richer (thank you Netflix/Spotify/Random House), calmer, happier and at peace with their incredibly fortunate, lovely life that took minimal work and effort to achieve.

I think we've heard a lot from their POV as reported second hand over the years. We don't know what of that is true or not for sure. At least we can see what they are saying coming from them directly in the documentary.

It was all pretty straight forward, nothing really unexpected or not obvious in there. Now there's just the book and I don't think there's really anywhere to go from there.

I hope the documentary and book do help them close the chapter a bit and feel they can move on. I agree that some quiet time after all this might be good for them.

The Tom Bradbury programme, the OW interview and the podcasts (from both) was their POV as well, surely? Not 2nd hand reports. That was their own words.

Been scrolling through Twitter.
They've really cooked their goose. Americans have had enough of them. Loads of blue ticks with hundreds of thousands followers of all racial backgrounds telling them to shut up. Nothing spiteful or abusive like Clarkson. Just they've heard it all and they don't want to hear any more.

16k likes on that one and I don't think it was even a blue tick.

And so the excuses from H&M begin.

The Queen was probably smarter than anyone thought. After that Sandringham meeting, who would want a second round of emotional download on a one to one basis. And at her age, she was probably advised not to do it, not much to gain from it, in fact more to lose, from a health perspective for her too. So it was probably good advice.

I loved "In fact, I am told I am busy all week". Then Harry assuming she did not agree with the decision not to meet 🙄 take the hint Harry, she is not into a meeting. Hard to accept for him

For one, it was the Queen who had originally suggested it. And two, this was before the Sandringham 'summit' I believe.

Fair enough. The only one of those I've seen or listened to was the Oprah interview. No idea what's in the other two.
