Absolute rubbish. Super injunctions only impact reporting in England and Wales (or Scotland also if you can tie up getting an interdict at precisely the same time). But the way all the media outlets know they can’t report on either the story or the injunction itself is because they are all served with a copy of the order.
So you’d have journalists in newsrooms across the country, many with sister publications in foreign countries, knowing about the story, and perfectly able to tell their foreign-publishing colleagues about it, just not able to publish anything about it themselves. And the fact that William had obtained an injunction to quash reporting on an affair would be HUGE news worldwide.
But no-one any where in the world has published anything about this injunction. Why not? Because, quite clearly, it doesn’t exist.
