Of course not. But your children will inherit your genes, and in the case of many celebrities, that will be that original nose they had tweaked, those teeth they had corrected etc etc rather than what they themselves may look like now. That was the point that was being made.

By the time George is King, he will be very much in the minority, as the other heirs to European thrones in his generation (Norway, Sweden, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium) are mostly women. Denmark, Luxembourg and the UK currently are the only ones with male heirs.
