Meghan & Harry Were Lying From The Start, Weren't They?

1000 replies

TheShellBeach · 15/12/2022 17:47

As per the thread title.

Right from the word go, Meghan and Harry were not telling the truth. About anything.

Now the Netflix series has come out it just proves it, over and over again.

“Goading” has become a goading word in and of itself. It’s tiring.

In what context did he discuss William's genitalia?

I'm anti bullying full stop.

Roussette · 11/01/2024 16:07

Maybe don't call people who are not into vilifying H&M continually... 'fans' then? Just a thought!
Yes, it is tiring to be called these names.

AliceOlive · 11/01/2024 16:17

Do you think it’s equally “goading” to write about your brother’s penis in memoir? Or is using the word “fans” even worse than that?

In Spare. Is there an appropriate context?

Roussette · 11/01/2024 16:22

I really am not going to make daft comparisons!

Maybe just don't label posters as fans, that's all I'm saying.

mrsmingleton · 11/01/2024 16:23

Roussette · 09/01/2024 14:14

it was the poster swooning over the photo

I am sure she wasn't swooning... to swoon means to almost be overcome and faint off with admiration!

It is absolutely no different to Royalists (or those who admire the RF, whatever term you like!) going on about Charlotte, George and Louis. They do that a lot!

Gorgeous children, C so pretty, Louis what a good looking boy he is, how smart George is, Charlotte has such poise, I could eat Louis he is so gorgeous... do you pick up on those comments?

One comment about Lili and it's picked up!

Edited

It wasn't even about the child - it was in reference to Meghan 😂

I can't remember him talking it which is strange as I've read it.

I know you won’t address the actual subject of my post.

I will use whatever words I choose to convey my meaning in the best way possible for everyone reading. You can keep complaining about it, using goading terms yourself and slinging false accusations in an attempt to divert from the thing I actually posted about.

Deal?

AliceOlive · 11/01/2024 16:29

@Rockybooboo You can google spare, William, penis. I’m not doing that.

mrsmingleton · 11/01/2024 16:32

AliceOlive · 11/01/2024 15:59

We’ve had this conversation too many times. You can call it goading but that’s not my intent.

It seems suspiciously like a tactic designed switch over to accusations about the poster rather than addressing the post.

News Herald GIF

I also get fed up with the tactics you refer to. I'm reading so much utter rubbish here about people getting bullied off here and goaded and picked on etc. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Ollybollydobdobflowers · 11/01/2024 16:35

Harry wrote about William's penis in his passages about his own frostbitten penis. It was about having been circumcised. Totally unnecessary to include William's genitals in this context (or any context).

Mylovelygreendress · 11/01/2024 15:02

No@Rockybooboo as has been said hundreds of times , they decided to leave because they didn’t get the half in/ half out arrangement they wanted.

Said hundreds of times by who?
If you repeat that often enough then you will others believing it too.
Dismissing the disgusting and very death threats against all of them especially Meghan, is ongoing here. The threats were real and increasing not to.mention the increased racism. No wonder they left with so many in denial.

Rockybooboo · 11/01/2024 16:38

This is what i found. Is this whay yiu are referring to?

Well now I have a better source for the second edition — Prince Harry has revealed in his new memoir Spare that he was in fact circumcised as a baby: “There were countless stories in books, and papers (even The New York Times) about Willy and me not being circumcised… Mummy had forbidden it, they all said, and while it’s absolutely true that the chance of getting penile frostbite is much greater if you’re not circumcised, all the stories were false. I was snipped as a baby.”

AliceOlive · 11/01/2024 16:41

@mrsmingleton

Little fed up with being expected to tiptoe around an innocuous word like “fan” while parties accuse others of being nasty, vile, lying, misogyny, racism, and posters to white supremacists making death threats when they don’t like someone’s opinion.

mrsmingleton · 11/01/2024 16:42

You forgot "unhinged" - anyone who doesn't agree with certain ideas is "unhinged"😂

I haven't called you anything whatsoever. So please stop. Link to my goading terms I have called you and report, I know I haven't directed these terms to you.

Are you seriously suggesting with a straight face that talking about circumcision is considered bullying now??

Dear god

Do you think minimising real experiences of issues like racism, death threats, and yes other nasty and vile statements are acceptable? All of which happens regularly on here.
Nothing to do with not liking someone's opinion but those opinions are sometimes accompanied by dehumanising and denigrating language.

Ah, so you'd be ok if it were Will and Kate and/or royal family fans "allowed" to do the bullying.

got it.

Regularly? I’ll believe that when you point it out specifically. You cannot credibly paint everyone with one brush. So much hyperbolic language here. I “regularly” see posters use the word vile to describe anything at all said about H&M, even the most mild of observations.
