Right from the word go, Meghan and Harry were not telling the truth. About anything.

Now the Netflix series has come out it just proves it, over and over again.

H and M wanted to monetise their connections with the RF whilst still receiving taxpayer funded security , the late Queen said no so they flounced off .
You can rewrite history as much as you want but I am pretty sure that if they had been allowed to do what they wanted we wouldn’t have had the whinging!

I am well aware H and M are no longer publicly funded however they wanted to make money and retain the perks . Harry himself said he never believed his taxpayer funded security would be removed . He complained about being cut off financially.

I don't agree. Their security being cut off was used as a weapon to bring him to heel. It was an awful thing to do. Yes, it should not have continued ad nauseum but it was done with virtually no notice.

So you are saying they shouldn't be making money? How would they live and pay for said security then? They can do want they want AFAIC.

As I said above, the security was pulled without notice to bring Harry to heel and I think that was very wrong.

As a tax payer, were you happy to fund Harry's security for the rest of his life using the Met ? Even if this was possible, would you really think it a good use of public money? He's living abroad with his family, he isn't working and he lives in luxury.

No. And if you have ever read my posts, I have categorically stated more than once I don't think he should have security paid for whilst living in the US.

However, I think he should have whatever security he needs when coming to the UK, because it would be so infrequently, maybe once a year or something. But I don't want to get into the RAVEC conversation again. Been there, done it.
