Meghan & Harry Were Lying From The Start, Weren't They?

1000 replies

TheShellBeach · 15/12/2022 17:47

As per the thread title.

Right from the word go, Meghan and Harry were not telling the truth. About anything.

Now the Netflix series has come out it just proves it, over and over again.

She lost me when she said she hadn't heard of Prince Harry but then was pictured in her younger years standing outside Buckingham
Palace or Windsor castle, I can't remember which and also in her teenage bedroom with posters of Princess Diana on her wall!

She never, ever said that she hadn't heard of Harry, she said she wasn't all that familiar with him. She never said that she'd "never heard of him" that's just you making up boldfaced lies to attack her.

My God, the lies being invented on this thread are far worse than anything Meghan is accused of.

I can't profess to know they much about MM but didn't her mother abandon her for many years too??

No, she lived with her dad for a few years, but this is the first time I've ever heard of her mother "abandoning" her. Do you have any evidence, or it this something you pulled out of thin air?

Meghan's dad was definitely invited. Perhaps he didn't get the formal invitation (for fear that he would sell it) but he was certainly invited.

Two of the Raglands, Doria's uncle and half-brother, both attended the wedding. You can see them in the footage and compare it to photos of both men on their social media accounts to see that it's the same people.

It's insane that people hate Meghan so obsessively they're making up lies and dredging up things that happened years ago. How many more years will you continue to obsess over the wedding?

ThePoshUns · 08/01/2024 09:41

There are plenty of threads about Andrew as well 🙄

Alalain · 08/01/2024 09:42

I guess people see them all as the same 'package' for want of a better description, a lot of people who don't like what the Royal Family stand for, also don't like Meghan and Harry, Andrew and Fergie, et al. I don't think it's any conspiracy, if that's what you are trying to imply.

It's completely psychotic, and yes so obviously done to detract attention from Andrew. The way Mumsnet defends Andrew to the hilt but repeats every lie and racist conspiracy theory about Meghan makes me sick.

Yeah full of comments calling Virginia Giuffre a gold-digger, a liar, a whore, a slut, saying "girls like that know exactly what they're doing when they target wealthy men", and any number of "innocent until proven guilty."

Alalain · 08/01/2024 09:46

What mumsnet would that be? Andrew is rightfully getting slaughtered on this mumsnet.

Overtheatlantic · 08/01/2024 09:46

Resurrection of this thread is typical KP bullshite. The courtiers there are particularly incompetent.

TheLittleDuckWhoRoared · 08/01/2024 09:47

Don't forget, lots of comments acting like it's perfectly normal for middle-aged men to have sex with 17yd old prostitutes, on the grounds that 17 is above the age of consent in the UK.

Only on Mumsnet is saying you consider your non-legal private wedding vows to be your real marriage considered the crime of the century (even though tons of couples do the exact same thing all the time), but having sex with trafficked high school-age girls is something to be staunchly defended.

Rockybooboo · 08/01/2024 09:48

He takes the piss out of the whole Royal family! Even the most respected actors are ribbed at the GG !

The Meghan Mole twitter account is deranged. Not sure who's behind it but they are obseesed with Meghan to the bunny boiler extreme.

Have you seen the number of comments on MN calling Virginia a liar, a slut, and a gold-digger?

ThePoshUns · 08/01/2024 09:51

@TheLittleDuckWhoRoared
Well that's not from me.
Andrew is a disgrace and should be stripped of every privilege he has.
Charles is weak for it doing so.
See it is possible to dislike both Andrew and Harry at the same time. 🙄

Yeah it says everything that the Derangers pushing Meghan hate on Mumsnet follow insane obsessive hate accounts.

I had a quick look at that Meghan's Mole (never heard of it before) and found a thread defending the N word and claiming the N word simply means brown, and lots of other racist tweets.

So that's the level of debate we have on Mumsnet. People using racist hate sites that defend the N word as a source to bash Meghan.

ThePoshUns · 08/01/2024 09:52

Yes @Rockybooboo he also compared the RF to Succession.
Clever gag.

ThighMistress · 08/01/2024 09:53

Andrew is a boring creep. The Emily Maitlis interview was the best laugh I’ve had in years but beyond that I am not interested in him and I just hope he and Fergie will be exiled to the Falkland Islands.

M&H, however, are like pantomime villains. We love to boo them and every so often they pop up with a new endeavour (book, daft appearance etc) which seems to backfire.

As people have said ad infinitum they could have either had it all, or gracefully left and lived a decent, quiet productive life. The reaching for the Hollywood stars has been an embarrassing spectacle which of course warrants (many, many) comments.

Rockybooboo · 08/01/2024 09:54

This is the thing. Harry and Meghan have not been seen much recently so why are old grievances being raised.

Being offended by saying she felt the wedding was a huge spectacle. Lots of people regret having big weddings. Gey over it.

Alalain · 08/01/2024 09:54

No, honestly, I haven't.

You must be thinking of the badly planned Colonial cosplay tour of the Caribbean where Willy and Khate waved to black people behind fences.

I think that sums it up. People are lacking something in their lives so find someone to hate. Usually a woman.

Its a really nasty trait. Its like the insecure people at school who become bullies.

It's anger that a black women got a fancy wedding and got to wear expensive clothes and jewels and be the centre of attention. That's why they're still so obsessed with the wedding all these years later and bring it up all the time.

I've been on MN for years and the intense hatred over the wedding was off the scale. Posters claim the reason H&M are disliked is because they've slagged off the RF since leaving but you could take every negative and critical comment made about Meghan since she left the UK, it would not add up to one tenth the vitriol posted during the wedding and aftermath.

Why on earth didn’t they just have a small quiet wedding like Anne or Zara?

Because they didn’t want a small wedding ! Harry himself said he wanted Westminster Abbey or St Paul’s but was told no .

The wedding was six years ago! How much has happened since then. Covid, several wars, four prime ministers, Lucy Letby, the storming of the White House, the Queen's death, Caroline Flack' s suicide, Sarah Everard's murder, partygate. The list is endless. How are we worried about a wedding six years ago?

So why the whining about the ‘real wedding’ three days before?

So why the whining about the ‘real wedding’ three days before?

What "whining"? They made one little throwaway comment about the fact they did what tons of couples do, and have a non-legal vow exchange privately ahead of the big formal wedding. It was just a cute anecdote with a talk show host, big deal.

People are still so obsessed that they told a cute anecdote three years ago, about something that happened six years ago, madness!

My best friends had two weddings (which is commonplace in France where they live, as French law doesn't recognise church weddings) and they are quite religious so they consider their church ceremony to be their "real" wedding even though the civil ceremony was the only one that was actually legal. I must tell my best friends that they're narcs and liars and spoiled and all the rest of it!
