To criticise the RF ..some posters take it personally which I find very strange it’s all very strange , on both sides .

I do think when Meghan met Harry there was some affection from people ( didn't see any racism ) because I think he himself had said he envied his brother's marriage and family - so I can see that & amongst people I knew everyone thought she would be a breath of fresh air.

But the untruths they have told to earn money - I am not so keen on. Nor am I keen on Harry costing the taxpayer £100k odd because he thinks as a non working Royal he needs police protection. If he come back to see his family - pretty sure they will work it out somehow.

So I think I am balanced about the two of them. Do go and earn your money but be cognisant that if your money is only coming from talking about Harry's family - think carefully about what you can do in your own right to pay for your lifestyle.

I admire Harry for setting up / supporting the Invictus games.

I do think they could have done this within the confines of the RF ( well not the huge mansion but charity works , nice house etc ) - but clearly they did not want to .

Yes I have of course - and I have called this out repeatedly as abhorrent. Thanks for taking the time for clarifying it was press racist bullying you were referring to.

No of course they are not wrong - as I have said repeatedly in my posts overt and covert racism and misogyny for all poc and women demands immediate and serious consequences and MM and other high profile women and poc are especially vulnerable.

But this is not a reason for H&M behaviour seen directly through their own chosen “unfiltered” media activities not to be evaluated.

Yes that was me. It wasn't pleasant it's true but as ever such incidents are useful in that expose the massive hypocrisy of some of those who implore us to be kind and contextualise Meghan and Harry's behaviour when we discuss them. I'm afraid also I take with a grain of salt those who claim not to have seen it as their reason for not addressing it, looking back you'll be able to see who was posting shortly before and after and also two very regular posters on these threads who supported that person, one overtly, sneering that it was pathetic that it had been reported and deleted - apparently such vicious insults should be allowed to stand in the name of defending M&H. You can't see that post either as that too was deleted. You can see for yourselves that the discussion wasn't particular incendiary at the time and the poster dishing out that insult has not returned. It was all rather odd tbh 🤷‍♀️

Do NOT insinuate I saw it. I posted a minute before and immediately shut down my laptop to eat (we have to eat early for DH's hobby on a Wednesday) and you will see I didn't come back for half an hour.

I noticed too and it gladdened my heart. At all the walkabouts it's the same. I become more and more convinced that this divisiveness around race is largely social media driven and I think we have to be really careful and aware not to let it spill into our real lives.

It's hard to know who is behind a computer. I bet a huge majority of the people posting here wouldn't have the balls to post anything is they had to use their real names and photo ID to join this forum.

I imagine there wouldn't be so much hate on social media in general as well. If someone uses bad language or name calling it's likely they are a bully in real life. I always wonder if there are children posting sometimes or people just completely out of touch with life. Hopefully the forum owners dealt with it swiftly!

It isn't, not sure why she inserted herself into the discussion tbh. I just don't believe she didn't see that I had been called a cunt. It was referenced a further six times on the thread with the actual word used four times, still there now. Don't worry I am not singling her out. The discussion was that none of the Meghan supporters called it out and that is true. None of you did, despite the endless assertions of those who criticise Meghan being nasty, jealous bullies. It's the utter hypocrisy of it
