Meghan can do whatever she likes now.

If by 'openly' you mean is Jason Knauf going to speak to him and convince the Sussexes that he is a good guy that he can give some background to. Then go to court to claim that MM team did contribute to his book in an unrelated case. NO, don't think that will happen.

I'm referring to the fact that Meghan for many months denied contributing to the Omid Scovie book and then eventually admitted what had been pretty obvious from the start that she had actually contributed to it.
Just wondering if the same charade will happen this time or if she will feel able to own her contributions now.

And as I have linked and stated, she never spoke to him, Jason Knauf did and framed it as 'her team' in court.

There's no denying that she communicated with Scobie through Knauf. MM even apologised to the court for misleading it over her denials of cooperation. In fact Harry (and maybe Meghan) was keen for her to actually do the briefing herself but Knauf advised against that. So maybe this time, she will speak to Scobie directly. She might as well. I doubt many would believe if she said she hadn't, anyway.

To say she didn't cooperate would be like saying that Diana didn't cooperate with Morton because they never actually spoke to each other!

I don't really understand why MM is not
just writing her own autobiography especially since Harry is writing one. What's stopping her? I'm sure it would be published by someone.

I don't understand why Meghan is constantly asking her "friends" to speak to the press on her behalf rather than speaking herself. This seems weird and ridiculous to me.

Jason Knauf went to court and gave only his side of things. He didn't anticipate that MM had saved her txts from the time as she was supposed to have them deleted.

Anyone who JK communicates with, will be seen as as H&M cooperating, because JK works for them. So if Morton, or even LadyC asked and got a response from JK, it is formally seen as MM cooperating.

The friends are asked, they ask her permission and she says, that's fine because she trusts them. They will use their words and express how they felt. She herself, will not be under a smear with her words twisted as have happened. If the UK media was like in the US, she probably would not worry. She did her skit with Allen, and talked on that money/investment programme because she knew they would show her as she says and does, and not twist.

I haven't checked this so could be wrong, but I thought the video was of Diana with a voice/public speaking coach, not Andrew Morton?

I don't watch The Crown.
I'm old enough to have been around when the whole Charles/Diana thing was happening for real so I can't see the point in watching a fictionalised version based on some of the facts.
