Harry’s legal proceedings against Home Office

Part of Harry’s claim will remain private. The judge has granted that some documentation can be withheld or redacted due to security reasons (seems sensible to me).

But today the judge has berated Harry’s legal team for breaching the court rules when a copy of the rulings were emailed to someone who’s wasn’t a lawyer. Lawyer Shaheed Fatima WC was also berated for coming into court without an apology for the “clear breach” of court rules.

Just had a look.
Seems to have been a flying visit. No pun intended. They must be very sad not to see the children. It’s been two and half years now for Archie. Never met the baby.

I've just read this too, apparently they arrived on Wednesday - they have done the right thing and I'm pleased for the Queen.

There is no 'latest' on the court case.

Still awaiting outcome on whether his request for a JR is granted (and no expected date for the ruling)

Glad they came to see the Queen. There may not be too many more chances, who knows. Also good that they managed to visit under the radar ands without any security issues 🙄🤣

On the whole security thing, I think he is just trying it on and seeing if he can save a few $$. I think this trip proves it is perfectly possible to arrive on the quiet as and when they want for family visits. I'm not sure where that leaves his court case, if he continues with it then I would suspect it would confirm his future plans involve events that are not just of a family nature. Who knows.

Clearly the queen kept schtum about this, otherwise the palace source would have tipped the tabloids off. It looks like they didn't know.

@StormzyinaTCup as you say, only private family visits, so no memorials and jubilee then.

Yes, just private family visits no need for anything else. We don't need to see them at any public event over here, it's not really necessary.

According to the WAGatha (Coleen Rooney)method, The Queen knew, PC and CC knew, but there was no leak. So that leaves either the staff, or KP who then found out after the fact, and ran to the tabloids with the story.

Reportedly a number of people on a tour bus saw them, so maybe they leapt straight to social media and it was picked up from there?

Doesn't mean someone else may not have been involved as well of course ...

I find it a bit odd that H and M decided to walk over to Windsor just as a coach load of people arrived for the Church service that they must have known full well was gearing up to start.
Doesn’t sound much like people who want to keep a low profile/are terrified about protection. Windsor is a very public place.

I'm glad they visited and they were probably spotted by a MOP who alerted the media - there doesn't always have to be a Palace leak. As a grandmother, I'd be missing my grandson dreadfully if he'd moved abroad so I'm pleased for HMQ.
