Does anyone know when the appeal judgement will be made.

She really doesn’t help herself does she!

MM has been quite clear that she felt the U.K. was toxic and the palace environment was not good for her mental health but doesn’t see any issue in facilitating a friendly TV chat with a woman who herself is a nasty bully that created a toxic work environment for her staff.

I have been bullied = bad
A friend of mine is a bully = ok

Are we seeing yet more hypocrisy in action? Maybe the two are more alike than would like us to believe?

M doesn't seem to have many celebrity friends - perhaps Ellen is a good bet as she's even less popular than M in the US.

Before someone corrects me, a lot of celebrities in the 40x40 are Sunshine Sachs clients and haven't really said what they did so I wouldn't say that they are proof of friendship away from the public gaze.

Yes, she has apparently been forgiven.

Maybe, unbeknown to me, there is some sort of racism scale that’s applied depending on your position in ‘the circle’ - who knows.

I think it will be happy and upbeat (saw another clip where she mentions that Lili is teething) so that her supporters can say she's "thriving" and so much happier out of the UK. I can't imagine Ellen wanting a serious discussion.

They are meant to be close friends. Apparently met at a dog shelter years ago.

Seems strange Ellen wasn’t invited to her wedding then when Oprah, who was not a friend (let alone close) was. Amongst other people who were also not friends.

Oh I assumed she had been a guest!

As you've pottered around to Oprah again, via Ellen, I dare mention her, and say I always had this vague feeling that Oprah used M and H for her own agenda/s, whatever they might be. Just a hunch...

She made a tonne of money from the Sussexes so it was probably a business deal.

Interesting choice. Just had a look on Twitter and it's mainly Meghan fans commenting, along the following lines - either:

• wow, no leaks about Meghan being on Ellen, just shows their team now is really behind them

• why would Meghan associate herself with someone who's got a rep for bullying?

Some genuine puzzlement from Meghan supporters on that last one.

Where did you get your second part from her fans. Because I just saw the clip from Ellen twitter feed and it's full of praise.

Nope, I don't think I can dictate. I do think I can comment and share my opinion, which I'll continue to do, ta very much.

Oprah does not need anyone. She is basically a talk show queen and more. Known all over the world. She had literally made it.

Don't disagree but she is also a canny businesswoman. I don't think there is any businessman or woman out there (bar maybe the likes of Bill Gates) who has ever thought or said 'nah, I think I've made enough money now'.

Why are you showing faux outrage over something that does not apply to you. Just a strategy to get the post deleted.

Just because she is wealthy it doesn't mean she wants to retire. Oprah is not unreasonable to keep striving for financially profitable projects as well as recognition like when she was nominated for an Emmy.

I completely agree but I don’t think they realised that.

Wait, hold on, Ellen was found guilty of bullying people herself? What was her punishment when she was found guilty and why does she still have a show and not fired already? I did not follow. the story to the latter. But from my understanding, her show had a toxic work environment and she failed pastoral care massively. She said there were people accusing her of things she denies, but she does not seem to deny the bullying happened under her watch and said she was sorry about not knowing all this and protecting people.
