As for Knauf himself, back beginning of 2019, he sent his bullying accusations letter to The Times. These were official documents with work related subject. Since he was never fired on the spot, we can only assume he has been sent by William (his boss) to send these communications to MM
You don’t know any of that that, actually, rubicscubicle.
Firsly, all we know is that a copy of the formal complaint emailed by Jason Knauf to the head of HR was provided to the Times. That does not mean it was Jason Knauf who provided it. You can see on the face of the email it was sent to more than one recipient, and it’s very likely a copy would likely have been provided to the people on whose behalf he complained. So there are a number of people who could have given it to the Times.
Of course, if you do have proof that it was Jason Knauf, and no-one else, who provided it to the Times, please do let us know.
Secondly, the people who worked with the Times will be considered whistleblowers, and thus are legally protected from being fired, or suffering any reprisals for their actions. So no, you can’t assume what you have at all.
