Does anyone know when the appeal judgement will be made.

I actually think a lot is in the body language and expressions. Also the demeanour of OW and the way she responds and asks questions

Have you read it? Obviously not.

And if I had any queries or wondered what the body language was like, I could always go and look, couldn't I?
The meat of it was endlessly on the telly and online, it was hard to avoid. Personally I prefer to read the written word and examine it like that.

Very much agree about Emily Maitlis, Roussette; it's good to see one of the rare decent ones, and the infamous interview we're all thinking of will have done her career no harm at all

Yes I'd just go full wide eyed innocence though, attend a flashy event with the Bidens, a big glitzy gala with the Obamas etc etc and on the last day pop in to give the Sussexes a quick wave and a thumbs up before flying off .

There are three verses to the National Anthem, at least. The one which Badger quotes is the third, which is usually not sung in the UK. The second verse which we usually sing in UK is the one which begins, "Her choicest gifts in store..."

Completely agree Gwrach. They took over the event and made it all about them. Not a single word about any veteran getting an award. They'll do the same with the jubilee given half a chance.

@Aspiringmatriarch I was more responding to your point that details were less likely to have been made up given that she was unhappy with the tweet about her having a stylist. She said she felt that she couldn’t work with Scobie going forwards if he didn’t correct that. I felt that gave weight to the idea that details that appeared on the book were unlikely to have been made up. I wasn’t addressing whether she would sue or not.
