They are no longer working members of the Royal Family so have they gone to New York as private citizens?

How do they get to meet with Chelsea Clinton at the WHO offices and UN officials and politicians?

According to the Mail (I know, I know) they had federal protection.

Do Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex (as they are styled there) have much clout in the US? Why?

No she never did. Harry went to a closed google meeting to talk about Travelyst carbon offset - which he did, and Meghan has been accused ever since.

Also H&M never said they despise the RF, they were just unhappy with the racism and mh approach of it. Nor did they ever say they want privacy. People have nothing to on them, so they make it up as they go.

Well, at the moment Prince Andrew is presumed innocent until found guilty. I said on the PA thread that I can't imagine how a man with integrity wouldn't be doing everything he could to prove his innocence. Alas, integrity has never been a characteristic I'd associate with Prince Andrew. Let's hope Virginia has her day in court soon.

But it was widely reported Harry expressed this wwish at the Diana statue unveiling and wanted a meeting with the Queen to arrange it all. The Courtiers were said to be appalled. Now its said that is not likely to happen. So their next best bet to push back in is at Christmas. Nice photo op for their Netflix series. Will Harry be wearing his not very hidden wires. Good luck with that.

I agree that they have not “lectures” about the environment. But as I said, Global Citizen cites environmental concerns as one of its main raison d’etres, and they have highlighted Greta Thunberg as an inspiration and her campaigning along with other environmental concerns in the past. I just though they and other celebrities would be well positioned to set a good example 🤷‍♀️

Don't remember his exact words, but why do I think you made PTSD up?
I remember him telling Tom Bradby that the camera clicks take him back, reminded of the bad things, festering wound etc. But I understood this to mean the British press and comparing them to how unfair and mean they were to his mum and now his wife. Can't see how he would be unhappy with other media, eg in Africa and other countries there are no barbed nasty takes and pettiness, just straightforward reports on them. So they seem to look more relaxed there, over here, I guess there is always the dread of knowing, everything will be twisted in a negative light.

I don't think so @smilesy it's more the way it's done and the paparazzi and commotion around it. He has been photo many times where it is organised well -and his body language is very different - more relaxed. What he is talking about is the stress and tension he is put under with the
Media snapping the bulb lights going as far back as when his mother was alive and he was a child yes they were also there when she died.
I can't see why it's difficult to understand that The context and environment you are in when being photoed makes a difference to what is and isn't a trigger. He would have witnessed this when with his mum so I think he can defined imagine what happened in the car accident - I can't see why anyone would Want to Make up a story like that.

I’m no expert, and I’m not saying he made anything up. I just think to interpret it as only applying in the UK is a bit unrealistic. It would surely apply if he was taken by surprise anywhere. Otherwise, why do soldiers who are back in the safety of their own homes get triggered by bangs and crashes?
