@FrownedUpon It's hard to fathom who the target audience would be, but there are some gullible folk around who will lap up Harry's version of events.

I like the idea of "Prince to Pauper" as a title. Or maybe it could be "Harry - Prince of Peeves".

I am not sure why it has taken a year to write his memoirs. Most people know stuff about his life already.People may well remember his birth,and him starting school and joining the Army.all well documented in the media. People have seen his girl friends over the years, seen his nightclub and drinking episodes. and his working in Africa.and obviously know about his trauma regarding Diana.

He has already divulged in that interview what he feels about being trapped within royal life.so he has mostly said it all already.

I suppose his wife has suggested that he should write about his life, as some kind of therapy,as he keeps talking about his woes non stop.

His life has been well documented. I don't need to hear it all again.

Cringeworthy is the only word for it. . Certainly he didn't have the easiest start in life but at what point will he accept he's a grown up and needs to stop looking for a free ride.

He seems to think he is Diana reincarnated.

As others have said , who will want to read it? He really does have a high opinion of himself.

I can hardly wait to read how he basically came from nothing but managed through sheer hard work and kindness to rise above the grim poverty and mean family he was born into. I will struggle not to cry when I get to the chapter where he refused to do his job and his dad cut him off when he was only in his late 30s and struggled to survive with only several million £s. What a buffoon

Oh joy. Not one but two books. When is this man he’s become actually going to do something of any substance?

well realistically thats all he has to sell. He has minimal education and skills and his wife was an actress but no A lister. They clearly want to have a very high standard of living - A lister level - so the only way they can get money is by pimping themselves, their royal stories and staged photos of them and their children. presumably v limited shelf life so I guess they are raking it in now. Like all reality stars they have to capitalise on their fame before everyone loses interest. And they are certainly not going to be mingling with the A lister stars as they cannot be trusted to be discrete.

Did you feel this sad, when MM was being hounded by the press, I wonder.

MM was the only person who married into the Royal Family who has been hounded was she?

The only clarity we have is that it was only Harry whose picture was leaked.

I haven't heard that rumour, but there was somewhere a mention that when Harry was stationed with his unit in the UK he'd disappear off to London every weekend to party, rather than hanging out with his military mates

I hope Harry goes all the way with this book and does not hold back.

And what does he gain from that except for people like you, who apparently claim to support Harry and Meghan, whose actions will just cause them more issues than solutions. There’ll be people wondering about like vultures to read Harry’s “truth”, all those who are apparently cheering him on…then where will they be when he has burned his bridges and pretty much cut off all ties to his past life and his royal connections become used currency? Will they still champion him then or will he just become old news?

It’s sad because I actually felt that Harry and Meghan had the potential to make things better.

Harry and Dominic C are so annoying and childish They should put a lid on it already. Nobody cares about what they have to say. Nobody wants to read about a pathetic little whinger or find anything in common with one.

It was Camilla Tominey and other reporters who said H&M wanted a quiet private life. They never said any such thing. They even stated that they will be talking to international as well as small press.

Harry’s speech at Sentabale on 19 January 2020:
