equestrianism is largely about money and access to the best horses and best trainers. Zara certainly wouldn’t be a “top equestrian“ if she’d grown up in a three-bed semi in Hull.

I don't hate HaM nor do I particularly like them. I'm glad they got the Netflix deal. I don't give toss about titles. I think their biggest problem will be when no one is in the least bit interested in them any more.

A ridiculous amount! He’s only 60 as well so imagine how much he could still end up costing up over the next few decades.

I do wonder if they are very aware of that fact and are doing everything possible to stay in the public eye (for better or worse) to try to maximise publicity and, therefore, revenue. They couldn’t have predicted it but things might well have worked out much better for them without the pandemic. Who knows.

I didn't realise that H only stayed a year as an Apache pilot. I'd imagine the training for that is extremely costly. The RAF didn't get much of a return on his investment, did they? On the other hand, his db seemed to have learned a lot from his time in the air ambulance. He refers to it quite a lot, particularly when discussing mental health.

Like them or not, believe they have had a step up due to the connections and upbringing or not, but it is fair to say that many have earned money and success of their own back.

Mike Tindall was in the England rugby team which won the World Cup and won 75 caps for England and he really does do a lot for charity. He's a bit of a lad but my god if that's not a successful life what is.

I havent seen much discussion of the Invictus games. That hugely shocked me. A man I know took part a few years ago and it had am amazing impact on him, his MH was shot before hand but it seemed to give him a boost to get training, and living again.

Its such a shame Harry seems to have walked away, and Im not sure William has the right character to replace him.
