Daily Mail reports they have privately married at Windsor Castle.

Lovely news if true.

I hope they have a lifetime of love and happiness.

As you say, that's wonderful news if true - but it might be wise to see if anything's announced officially rather than trust a Mail report

Ideal, really; obviously Andrew would want to be there and that might have been unfortunate with a public ceremony

I'm still waiting for anything official though - so far it all seems based on HMQ being driven away in a wedding-y outfit

The Sun has a picture of HMQ and Philip being driven to the church. HMQ will have a fabulous day, first her granddaughter gets married and then she gets to Knight Colonel Tom!

Oh please don't be miserable. It's so boring. It's her wedding day, that's a happy event, and the wealthy are not immune from difficulties and pain.

What a good move! Whatever one thinks of Andrew (*not much frankly) it's the ideal way for him to attend his daughter's wedding. It also deflects any criticism around televising it and lots of taxpayer cost for security etc.
I like it!
I do now have questions around who attended and what they wore etc!

GreyGardens well financially she has always been fine of course, and this will probably be the case for the rest of her life.

But the shame of having PA as a father.. Things are going to come out and that man will either bring down the royal family, or it will be swept under the carpet. Not sure which is worse. But people won't forget.

Perfect solution. Quiet, private wedding away from cameras . I'm sure they were disappointed not to have more people present, but in the circumstances ideal. Hope they are very happy.

Beatrice can't help the family she was born into nor who her father is. I hope she has had a wonderful wedding. And that some photos will be available at a later point!
