I find a lot of these threads insidious suggestion. So whilst it's not what we might say ripping her apart, it's the undercurrent of unpleasant suggestion.

She's so desperate for attention (the call with the Queen on her birthday)
The scattergun approach to supporting charities
They're transparent and on the make
Ruthless and materialistic approach to life by both of them
Freeloading like mad staying in mansions of people they don't know
Delusions for grandeur and entitlement
Zoom calls with bewildered volunteers
They got chucked out the garden party and she spends too much on clothes.
