Let’s strive to keep on topic and not engage with posts designed to disrupt.

Who has critiqued her figure? She, like every other woman on the planet, has a particular body type. For some reason, she’s chosen to ignore that in making clothing choices.

PelicanPie · 26/02/2020 23:33

I just wish M could learn the value of discretion. She doesn’t seem to have ever heard the word. Why does she keep spilling her guts to ‘friends’ and then giving them the okay to speak for her? This is what Diana did in the last years. She did it out of desperation to be heard after years of having to be a mannequin on parade. Although tacky and often not in her best interests, it was more understandable.
Meghan just shoots her mouth off to anyone who will listen it seems.

EXCLUSIVE: Living the high life! Harry and Meghan's $18m luxury Vancouver Island home is surrounded by 'potential weed farms', 'cannabis lounges' and a nearby poultry plant is being turned into a marijuana factory

This would explain his new relaxed approach Grin

Loggy will always be fashion, Numbers!

Winterlife · 26/02/2020 23:34

Perhaps she feels she was a mannequin within the RF as well.

NumbersStation · 26/02/2020 23:38

Crying here froq

It would explain the constant blabbing to friends (her) looking knackered (him) and hiring shite pr people.

They’re off their chomp on horticultural fumes Grin

PelicanPie · 26/02/2020 23:38

Yes that’s true but she didn’t give it very long before throwing in the towel did she? At least Diana did her best for many years. Meghan doesn’t have an unfaithful husband and she was old enough to know what she was getting into. If she didn’t, it’s because she rushed into it without proper thought.
I think she and Harry are following Diana’s precedent . It didn’t end well for her and it won’t for them I suspect.

Has anyone been to Vancouver Island? I went in my early 20s and it stole my heart. It's absolutely stunning, love all the little islands dotted around it. Went wild camping and saw seals and whales.

I'm definitely 'jealous' of that aspect of their life as if money was no object I could see myself living there too.

Not a great base for them though long term if they are both going to be travelling a lot for work. The ferry to Vancouver/mainland takes 3 hours I think. Only other option would be to fly.

NumbersStation · 26/02/2020 23:48

You lucky sod rainbows

Well jel Envy

From what I’ve googled it looks lovely.

But I do not have the pennies to live in the manner I should’ve been accustomed to Smile

PelicanPie · 26/02/2020 23:58

They probably have a helicopter though!

We used to go to Vancouver Island a lot. But we went further from Victoria. The ferry is 90 minutes.

FizzyLimes · 27/02/2020 00:54

Someone posted this picture online of the house at Vancouver island, yesterday.
The security has gone.
It may be that “call me Harry” does not have quite the same cachet as a Prince as a freebie tenant.
Looks like they’ll be looking for somewhere else to live.

Wedding Weed

Harry is absolutely not smoking anything over there, he looks so bright eyed and healthy.

Yup, the ferry is 90 minutes and a gorgeous trip. Have they decamped from the Island yet?

PelicanPie · 27/02/2020 05:49

That would suggest Meghan maybe flew to London with Harry before he went on to Edinburgh.

Maybe they’ve finally bought a house in the US and MM and Archie are settling in.

CanIHaveATiaraPlease · 27/02/2020 07:21

I hope they will be happy. A lot of unhappiness caused to the family for nothing if not.

Butterymuffin · 27/02/2020 07:50

It would be nice for them all to come over. I get the issue with not wanting to jet lag Archie but he's still only a baby and may well not sleep through or regularly anyway yet.
Something I read yesterday suggested that Harry had a day free of engagements today, so I hope he uses it to spend some time with his UK family. Particularly the Queen and Prince Philip, given that he will have very little time with them in the future.

Sunshineand · 27/02/2020 08:41

If I were HM the Queen I would have their heads chopped off or similar.

Literally calling for their heads now. I've heard it all now 🙄🤔

PelicanPie · 27/02/2020 08:44

You would hope so. All these reports about how aggrieved they are and how hard done by they feel themselves to be suggests otherwise.

The leaking of comments to the press via friends really has to stop. She's not helping anyone here, just stoking the flames.

They've more money than anyone could ever need, more luxury, and freedom to do all manner of good work with connections at the highest level all due to an accident of birth. They really ought to be enjoying life, being kind to the Queen and getting on with it. Not constantly complaining. Honest to God ... spoiled brats doesn't even begin to cover it.

Has anyone asked the Queen 'are you okay'...

PelicanPie · 27/02/2020 08:46

It’s something called a joke sunshine

Yes , too right

BillieEilish · 27/02/2020 08:52

Wheresthebeach too right IMO.

This isn't about money now, it's about something else and I find it very odd.

They are fine to not work again, ever. To have a lovely secluded life but do good. Not stir up trouble.
I do think Harry wanted a lovely secluded life and family.
That's not gonna happen Harry, as your wife wants the opposite.

ajandjjmum · 27/02/2020 09:02

We went to Vancouver Island - Nanaimo - in June last year. Just for a day. Very pretty, and lovely to walk round, but I suspect you'd get cabin fever after a while, if you're not totally in to your outdoors lifestyle.

Iggypoppie · 27/02/2020 09:09

Why is everyone so obsessed with harry and Meghan and particularly with slagging them off? It's weird and pointless and some people seem totally obsessed with them to the point of derangement. Am I missing something?
